I call Armen and Sarkis, tell them what I am looking for, and they get it done. Go to dealerships and test drive the cars, but when it comes to negotiating and finishing the deal, leave it up to Armen and Sarkis. They're very financially saavy in terms of car values, and know the ins and outs of the car purchasing process. I never have to/want to deal with dealership salespeople. They're the best independent auto brokers in town. Bottom line.

The Team at Xclusive Auto Group always deliver. I have used them for over 10 years now and at no point I was ever dissatisfied. They offer the best prices and level of customer service is out the door. When it comes to car shopping it can be a headache. But these guys know what they are doing. They really made leasing a car super easy in todays crazy market. We were in the market for a new BMW, but all the dealers we went to didn't have any in stock that we liked.After getting Xclusive Auto involved, they were able to track down the make, model and color that we wanted AND at a lower price that we were quoted at the dealer.I didn't even have to leave the house, the BMW representative delivered the car and the paperwork to my house.

I can't recommend Xclusive auto group as a broker enough! Sarkis has always taken good care of me and my family. He's always gone a step above what's asked for and found me the exact car I was looking for. They are patient, understanding, and professional.I have consulted other brokers but no one was as persistent and aggressive when it came to finding a great deal. For the past 25 years of buying/leasing various cars this was the best experience. Dealing with Xclusive Auto group was smooth sailing. Vahan was so professional and efficient at his job. By the time we sold our previous car and we're dealing with lots of paper work, Vahan had already filled out all the paperwork for the new one so that we don't spend hours for the new one. I usually dread all the car buying experience with pressure to buy extra features, but this time was so easy and stress free. Again thank you Vahan and Xclusive Auto group for my new baby, at least for the next 3 years.
