I always go to Watch Doc because he makes getting my watch battery replaced the easiest thing on my to do list. The owner is always friendly and takes care of it immediately-- I'm in and out in minutes.

Fixed 3 of my bracelets instantly, one of them he took to someone to fix they said they couldn’t annd he came up with a creative work around to fix it!! and resized my watch instantly. Incredibly kind gentleman. Great service. Highly recommend

This place is an absolute gem. I brought my vintage Omega Seamaster in for service, and Tom had it cleaned up and ready to go in under two weeks and for a reasonable place. I've been going to him for years for new watch bands and batteries, but he is now also my go-to for servicing my automatic watches.

Good place for all old watch repair I am the son of the person who had watches repair from him talking on this account I am Donavin Johnston he is a great person who can fix any kind of watch I took two watches into him one the stem fell out the other one everything was there and the watch was over a 100 years old the second one was and he only charged 30 bucks for the first one that needed the stem repair the second one that was over a 100 years old he repaired I had him hold on to it cause I told him I was only able to pay for one at a time but he went out of his way and fixed it anyways and didn't charge me for the repair and the watch repair would of cost around $250.00 or up to $300.00 and he didn't have to do that and not charge me for the repair but he insisted on it and did it for free the one that would of cost that I will be coming back here cause he fixed my watch and I didn't expect it would even run again because I had problems with two past so he is a good person watch people who said that it can't be fixed will go there again for anything else I need fixed or adjusted for anything and I am from Torrance CA so if you have any watch over a 100 years old he is the person who you can trust with your watch to get it running again.

Great customer service! The owner felt very honest and genuine. I had a watch band replaced and he helped me pick out a band with very thoughtful input. I will definitely return for all of my watch needs!

I love this place. The owner works there himself. I don't go anywhere else. He really has a neck and talent for this watch repair. Very knowledgeable and there's some nice vintage washes in the shop.

Previous repair shops quoted my watch repair around $400-500. Watch Doc repaired it for $30! Knowledgeable and honest human being.
