The moment we first entered Toluca Terrace for our tour, Courtney met us with kindness and made us feel so very welcomed. The whole place and surrounding area is spotless and quiet-- we immediately knew this was the place we wanted to live and spend our time. Throughout the whole application process Courtney and Ashley were there to answer any questions we had, helping make the whole move-in process completely painless.We love our coinless laundry, the gym, the PARKING, our newly outfitted kitchen... I could write a novel about how much we love this place. If you're in the market for an apartment in Burbank and there's an open spot at Toluca Terrace, you'll regret not jumping at the opportunity to live here.

My fiancé and I have now lived here for the past 2 years and have absolutely loved it! Not only all the amenities it has to offer but the management staff with Courtney and Ashley are top notch! Not to mention James for maintenance, this place is literally and actually the best place we've lived since we moved out here!

Honestly, some of the best management I have ever lived with. Courtney is one of the most genuine and amazing humans I’ve ever had the pleasure of bringing any apartment questions, needs, etc to. The entire team and new additions (Ashley & James) and even Brad whom used to be here are so caring and phenomenal. If I could take them where I live all the time I would. The apartments themselves have been renovated and we love being this location and all the amenities that come with it. The grounds are well maintained and are so prompt with cleanliness.

Living at Toluca Terrace has been an incredible experience. Toluca Terrace evidently values their guests by offering not only excellent living accommodations, but helpful and friendly staff members too. The property managers, Ashley and Courtney, are always responsive, kind, and eager to help in anyway they can. Both of these ladies have made the process of touring, moving, and living, painless and efficient. James, the property’s on-site handy man, is very quick to respond to any requests submitted. He is extremely personable and truly cares about fixing any issues that you may experience. Toluca Terrace is truly a wonderful place to live if you are looking for quality and safety. There are a lot of positive things to say about this community, those were just a few of many.

I have lived here for 2 years and it has been the best decision I could have made. Brad and Courtney are very kind and helpful.Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. The commons areas are always clean. Neighbors are friendly and the building is quiet. It has gated parking and is located near restaurants, grocery etc.
Highly recommend!

I’ve lived here for several years now and it’s been wonderful! Management is great, everyone loves Brad and Courtney! Maintenance is very fast to respond, property is clean, quiet and well maintained. Great neighborhood as well:)

After living in LA for almost 4 years, Toluca Terrace is the best place I’ve lived in. The apartments are very clean and quiet. Brad and Courtney are so helpful and kind! They made the application process so quick and easy. Our apartment was newly renovated before we moved in and it’s so wonderful! Nice kitchen appliances, hardwood flooring in the living room, and soft carpet in the bedrooms. We also have a super nice gym and a beautiful pool! Our parking is gated, patrolled at night, and we have assigned parking which is so nice not to worry about. Can’t stress enough how friendly the staff are and how clean everything is. My roommates and I are very lucky and grateful to live here. An added bonus is the 134, 5, 101, and 170 freeways are easy to access! The Burbank/Toluca Lake area is peaceful and has a Vons, Whole Foods, and lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Brad and Courtney are seriously the friendliest people and they made moving in a breeze! SO happy I get to live here.

I moved here 8 months ago and I am so happy that I made the move to Toluca Terrace. I have had the best experience so far with management. Brad and Courtney are kind, caring, and accommodating and are always very quick to respond! Neighbors are all very friendly and everyone seems to know each other - it truly feels like a little community. Not to mention you are walking distance to Von's! The building has gated parking and I always feel very safe and secure. I truly love this apartment and can't say enough good things about the complex, neighbors and management. I am so grateful to have found it!

I moved here from Michigan 5 years ago and I was fortunate enough to find Toluca Terrace and make it my home. I've been here for 5 years now and Brad and Courtney have been fantastic and are so kind and caring. I couldn't have asked for better management. Any maintenance issues I had were always addressed quickly and the maintenance staff are just as friendly as the management. The building has gated access so I always feel safe and secure, and the area the apartment is located is very safe and pretty. There's a Vons within walking distance which is great for any quick grocery needs. I love this apartment and am so grateful to have found it!

Toluca Terrace has been our home for almost 2 years now, and we highly recommend checking out the apartments! Brad + Courtney are incredibly kind and helpful with any questions, needs, or worries that come up. The Burbank/Toluca Lake area is close to the freeway, WB, and eateries (like Porto’s!), but still remains quiet and peaceful. Our apartment amenities of gym, pool, and common areas are always clean, safe, and relaxing! If this location suits you, I highly recommend checking out an apartment and seeing it for yourself!

We lived at Toluca Terrace for over an year and we were so unhappy to leave our home . It is the best apartment around in Burbank , the management team, Brad and Courtney are so graceful and flexible. The apartment have good sunlight which lightens up your day. Amenities are good and we enjoyed every moment calling Toluca Terrace our home. If we were ever to return to Burbank our choice would be Toluca Terrace.
