I loved the experience at Tilta!!! Highly recommend. The customer service experience to me was on point and they assisted as much as possible. I had lots of question regards my gear compatibility and they were patient. Great product and the service is getting much better.

We bought some items on their online page and get delivered to *********. Due to some customs isusues the items never went through (Not a Tilta problem). But as we asked how to get our money back, Tilta said that we should wait for the courier to return the products to them. As that (apparently never happened) we have no money back or the products. We are writing this ONE year later of the issue, after sending several emails and complaints to them.

Do not buy from them, unless you have knowledge about product design, the time for the worst support and the willing to wait for they're replacement parts to arrive.I dnk how is this office, but trust me, you do not want to need they're help for warranty or parts!!!
