I recently purchased the New Balance x Joe freshgoods 990v4 intro from here… and I received them in the mail yesterday… I was highly impressed in the effort to make sure the sneakers were not damaged during its route… I usually buy sneakers from Goat, Stock x, flight club… places like that and you’ll always open a box and it’s just the sneakers in their box… but The Mag Park!! Made sure to wrap the box of sneakers in paper with tape! Then took it and put it into a nice fiber bag and tied it from the handles… I was highly impressed and very pleased… so thank you Mag park & Mikey (which I’ve spoken to before thru the fitted community) I will definitely be back again!

This place is a joke wanted to purchase a sweater after work around 4 they said they do lunch from 3:30 - 4:30 check their site it says they were open drove to Burbank and they were closed in the front but could’ve let me in through the back it’s a alley that’s sketch even tried to purchase on offer up and due to fees it’s only pick up spend your money elsewhere horrible customer service trash location and lack of communication 0 stars in my book

I just want to say Magnolia Park did me a solid when my kid purchased a $2000 sneaker from them. I explained what had happened and they no questions asked took the sneaker back and refunded my money. This was at a time during the height of Covid and money was a little tight. I can’t thank them enough for understanding my situation and I am truly great full for what they did. Thank you again
