Overall shopping experience is good. But the restroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Do they not have a cleaning crew???

Everything seems to be bigger here in Burbank even for Target, located in a large shopping center right next to other stores, I got a bit overwhelmed here, just more stuffs to check out and I guess more spending for me at the end, a lot of their toys were somewhat untouched for no reasons at all, like last week Thanksgiving didn't wipe out the place, but I have to definitely make my stop here again if I am in the area.

They've changed the layout of this location so many times, it's never the same ecpieence. With that being said, I do live super close to this one so I'm here at least 3-4 times a week. It's bad but, I'm so forgetful that I'll forget one or two things every time and need to go back. I feel like the prices are pretty reasonable for the quality that you get. They're always introducing new items. Expanding the anime section which I really like. I get anime shirts from here all the time and quality is good. I like the makeup section too but, there's an ulta a couple feet down so, I won't bother getting it here. Store is always clean, the staff I've spoken too have all been pretty nice. I'm sad they got rid of the Pizza Hut in the food court, legit had the best margarita pizza. I used to work at this location so, I can't say anything too bad about it. Pro tip, I've been finding that if I place the order online and come to pick up, I spend less overall. Be warned, you will come for one thing and end up leaving with 100$ less in your pocket

To start, I have been going to this Target location for the past 1 almost 2 years? I've never had an issue until my most recent visit in the morning.Honestly would've given this a 5 star, but after my recent encounter, I'll just deduct 1.So, long story short I go to this target every other Saturday mornings. I usually go to either self check out or the cashier depending if any is available and quickest Ofcourse. So, I went to self check out since there was no line at all. I guess they put up a new rule that customers may only use the self-check out if it was 10 or less items. I was not aware of that new rule and probably didn't even see the signs before checking out. The lady that was in charge of that area, abruptly stopped me and my husband from checking out and started raising her voice when she noticed we had more than 10 items in our cart. It was my mistake and I understood the new policy added and kindly responded back with an apology and continued my way checking out using the self check out because my husband was doing 1 transaction and I was doing another because we wanted to do 2 separate transactions because we had 2 different arrangements to purchase - mind you we still didn't know about the new policy that was placed, but nevertheless we were still somewhat checking out 10 items or less because we split our transactions - with 2 different purchases AND 2 different payment methods.I responded back to the lady in charge of the self check out - mirroring her same energy she was initially giving me. I walked away and went to the cashier that was available.LUPE, I remember seeing her a lot of the times when I get checked out. She is the most kind and understanding employee I've engaged with. Customers look for LUPE. Employee's learn from her. She understands the values the company is trying to give customers. I vented to her about my recent encounter I had with the lady in charge of the self check out and she apologized for her behavior and understood both situations. I wasn't aiming for someone to side with me at all, just someone to understand that yes I made a mistake and yes she was rude for raising her voice at a customer and being rude. But after being serviced by Lupe at the cashier I totally forgot about my rude encounter I had the the lady in charge of the self checkout.

Overall, my shopping experience at Target was greatly improved thanks to Daniel Galvan. He is a true asset to the store, and I'll definitely be returning for future shopping trips, knowing that I can count on his exceptional service.

One of my favorite Targets to go to. It's always organized and well stocked. As soon as I walk in I get a drink from Starbucks and start my shopping. First stop the $1 $3 $5 section right at front. I always find cute things here specially during the holidays. They always have something for each holiday at reasonable prices. I also love the Heart & Hand by Magnolia area. I always look for wood boards, plates, towels and more. Love love love shopping here.

on 12/17/22, I returned some items I bought on 12/08 that did not meet my needs. The line to the Return area was quite long. To my surprise, I had no more than a 5 minute wait. I would like to complement the staff of the Empire Center returns department for quickly processing returns and getting people on their way.

Idk what is up with target during the holidays but it was PACKED. No distill water available, apparently there is a shortage? Had no idea! Didn't get what I came for, giving it 4 stars because they didn't have my water, but this location was nice and huge! Especially for LA.

This is a huge Target so you'll likely walk alot inside the store if you're not familiar with the layout. I came to this Target to pick up my online order and the first thing that stood out to me was all thr curbside pickup parking spots so that's good. I went inside to get my order, it was a easy process and I got my order quick. I then started to look around the store and saw that they have an amazing Ultra Beauty area near the checkout. The self checkout also has a lot of stations so it should help make the process quick. The store is very organized and the staff are very helpful if you have any questions.

There are better target locations ..... the only reason I come to this one is when I wanna eat Wendy's for lunch .... Today the whole fresh/frozen and refrigerated sections were all tapped off , a bunch of the stuff I needed wasn't in stock , went to self check out and half of the registers aren't working or on and the line was building up .... Parking lot is horrrible as well so many people don't follow simple traffic laws like stopping at the stop signs or following right of way it's just so frustrating every time I come to this location

Leaving this store in a rage. Found a snow sled online that was identified as being in stock. I live an hour away, so I called several times today to see if it was in the store, but no one ever answered the phone. Reluctantly drove in traffic all the way here. Not only was it not on the shelf there was no one to ask for help. One person looked it up for me and confirmed what I already knew. For the first time I noticed there is no customer service counter in this store. Again, I say, I'm in a rage. What a waste of my entire Saturday!!

This is a great store and this specific location is high on my list. I've quite honestly never experienced a rude employee here or any of the few others I visited. I seem to always leave with something brand new and it's exciting shopping here. Target stepped up for Vegan lifestyles for sure. Starting with the website, it's quite easy to find vegan snacks and cruelty free items. The website also tells me the exact aisle my items are located so that's a PLUS. This location consists of like 100 aisles and it an aisle per product I'm looking for so I start from the front, end up at the books and sometimes a toy or sports gadget.
