I don't normally leave reviews, but the customer service here was fantastic. We came in looking for a very specific knife, and they spent a good amount of time with us, showing us what they had and other similar knives explaining various things that we ended up leaving with one of those other knives that would better suit our needs.
I believe his name was David or Davis, but he was great the whole way through even with finding the perfect font for our engraving. The other employees chimed into help between servicing other customers and were very kind and insightful.

Let me tell you, Matt is awesome! I called the shop earlier this week to see if he had WML I was looking for. Not only did he tell me he had it, he said he'll give me a discount because he was selling a similar light for a cheaper price. And get this, I told him I couldn't come in to the shop til Friday, would he still honor the price? - HE DEFINITELY DID! On top of that, he installed it for me! That type of service these days are really nonexistent. I'm definitely coming back here to pick up more equipments and accessories! Definitely got a new loyal customer here!

I cannot say enough good things about this store. The owner, I think it's Matt, has helped me before, he is awesome. Really tailored service. Today Davis helped me out. Store was pretty slammed and he was able to help me find the holster I needed with the accessories I run. They have blue guns for everything I've needed. They'll let you try the holster on, play with retention, concealment, all the things. Which really goes such a long way for me. So many options on line but when you can try it on and feel how it works with your setup and your belly, I mean body, it helps me to be confident that I'm going to like what I get. Really cannot say enough good things. You have to be a little understanding and have a bit of time if you really want to find the right thing. They will work with you. Davis was building a gun belt for another guy, while recommending options for me, helping solve a light mount for a shotgun while Joseph(I think) was checking people out, helping others. Seems like they really like their jobs and problem solving with customers. Service like this is hard to find these days and I really appreciate how far they go to make sure you're happy. I don't feel like I was being pressured to buy things. Just shown what options they have. For as many different configurations as there can be out there with guns and accessories, their stock is really impressive. It's not a huge store and they manage to have a ton of configurations and colors. Speaking specifically about holsters but that's what I've shopped here for the most. Great crew, great service, great shop.

I was visiting from Ohio, the staff was awesome. They jumped in and helped me find things by description only. Wide selection and fair prices. Bought 200$ dollars worth of equipment. I’m now going to recommend the store for our company needs in the future. They said they can hook us up and ship it.
