This cleaners starts off okay but after a few trips they go from ok to bad . Whatever you do don’t have any alterations done the old man will charge you ridiculous prices. I had uniform patches I needed sewn on my shirts I was charged $ 19.95 per patch (4patches ) my bill for cleaning plus hemming 2 pairs of pants came to an astonishing bill of over $100 bucks. I didn’t know until I picked up my uniforms! You would think they used golden thread! I asked for my sleeves to be crease must’ve been a joke. Thumbs down on this cleaners!

I have been coming here for several years, but this last time kind of ruined my experience.
I recently purchased a brand new suit shirt for work, one day prior, and took it to get it cleaned for the very first time at Sterling. Within 72 hours, my shirt, that I had never worn yet, was newly stained.
I saw that there was a notice placed on my shirt that stated that there were some stains that were on there, and they had tried to clean it but alas, there was nothing else they could do.
I contacted Sterling customer service regarding this, and since then they have been MIA with no response whatsoever in terms of seeing if there could be any sort of compensation or re-cleaning attempt elsewhere.
I may try to see if another cleaner can lift these stains out. The pictures can’t pick it up really well but it stands outs well in sunlight and in fluorescent light.?

Really hate to leave a bad review. I wanted to like this place since the prices are lower than the cleaners down the street. I took a couple of shirts here to get altered. Nothing complicated, simple request. Just wanted two t-shirts cropped by a few inches. I got home and looked at my t-shirts. Both were cut and sewn crooked, not straight at all... It's actually quite obvious when looking at them. Not happy at all.

Terrible unfriendly service by a grumpy old man.Inside the cleaners on a hot day it had to be 105° and people were working in there. I was told there was no air conditioning.. if I worked there, they’d have a lawsuit.Had to wait five days to have a pair of slacks hemmed.They lost me. I’m going over to flair cleaners.Service: Alterations

On Monday, 28 August I went in to have a pair of slacks hemmed. It was almost 100° outside and the cleaners indoors was probably 105 or 110°. I ask if their air conditioner was broke and they said no we don't have an air conditioner. If I worked there, they would have a lawsuit.The grumpy old man that sloppily hemmed, my slacks, didn't extend even one pleasantry .It took them a week to get a Hem put in my slacks , and when I came a few hours early to pick it up, five days later, The same grumpy old man told me I would have to come back after 5 PM.They lost me as a customer. I will never go back.
