I made a purchase of an ink cartridge, installed it in my printer. After installing printer showed an error on cartridge.
After removing the cartridge, I realized my mistake. I bought the wrong cartridge. Took it back and explained that it was my error, Staples gave me a full refund and I purchased the correct ink cartridge. I truly appreciate that experience, as it shows that an honest, but careless mistake by me was forgiven by Staples. Thank You, Chuck

Staples is always a great place to shop for things I need for the clerical side of my business. Although the prices for printing, copying and using the computer is more expensive then their competitors the atmosphere is nicer in my opinion. This location is well stocked and staff are helpful and pretty friendly. I always appreciate helpful and especially friendly employee.

came to get my passport picture taken on tuesday night. did not leave happy at all. first of all the representative told me i had to put my hair all the way behind my ears and show my ears completely which was not true even tho after i told her she insisted. then she took the pictures and didn’t even bother to show me, just printed them out and asked for payment. you should show the customer and ask if we are satisfied with the picture before printing because it is not free we are paying for a service!!

Danielle (the store manager) went above and beyond for my fiancé and I. We had a last minute business card order and she gave us exactly what we needed. She was super patient and resourceful. We need more kind and helpful people like Danielle in the world! People like her are rare. We will be coming back to this store.

My review has a very happy ending, thanks to the store manager, Ms. Danielle Beck. She definitely cares about her customers and was so disheartened by what happened with my chair order. She immediately made everything right. No hassle, no jumping through hoops, no need for me to lose my temper -- it was all made 100% right and I am grateful to her for that. I would also like to add: I shopped at SEVERAL stores to find the best office chair available (Wayfair, Bob's Furniture, Lazy Boy, Amazon, etc) and this Staples has the best selection of chairs for all types of bodies. It's another reason I was so thrilled with Ms. Beck's help with this situation.

The printer that I got from this staples broke pretty quickly. The staff is great but selling products that don't last long is not the right decision.

Had a time sensitive assignment. I called in the morning for a print job. The man Sean assured me It will be finished by 5:30pm. He did not do it. Rhonda, who was working When I arrived at 530pm, she called him he said he didn't do it, and she did it immediately and really saved the day and gave me a discount because of the incident
