Writing this review for Natalie. She was extremely helpful and patient. She took the time to answer our questions and offer solutions. And she did so with a smile on her face. Great example of good customer service.

I don't know what's going with people nowadays but there's seem a lack of respect for customers. This generation doesn't understand the concept of customer service. It's happened at Dunkin Donuts, Walmart, Premier America and Staples I went there one day and when I went up to the register and apparently he had a problem with the shirt I was wearing and trying to to tell its Los Angeles u can't wear there here. Last I checked this is America and can wear whatever I want. But for some reason alot of people don't comprehend that. It was white blonde kid that works there. I went there a 2nd time and as I was about to leave 4th e same guy yells "WHAT?" Is that passes for good customer service. HEY STAPLES RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES

I bought two Bluetooth headsets from this location. Both of them stopped working within 30 days. I asked one of the really nice employees if there's any way they can give me a slight discount because I've had to come back twice already for these items that are not working. He said he would ask his manager named Josie. Josie looked at me like I was crazy for asking something like that. She said I should have bought the warranty. Even though one of them stopped working in less than a week. This is not the kind of service you would think you would be getting from staples. I'm very disappointed.

"I found it very convenient to go to the store for my purchase because the item was in stock, and its price was just as low as on Amazon. Moreover, I didn't have to wait for 7 days for delivery. I made an online payment, walked into the store, and received my item within 30 seconds, as it was already prepared for me. I really enjoyed shopping this way."

Service in store bad. We had a large box of copy paper and went to put in the cart. Really heavy. Only two carts left and they were stuck. Two employees standing there talking not paying attention not helping. Left the store and bought what we needed somewhere else.

If you are looking for good customer service make sure you don't run into Josie at this store. She was dismissive, nasty and rude to say the least. There seemed to one of her at every Staples.

Don't bother to preorder and prepay online for printing. You will still have to wait until they take care of all the people in line ordering in store before you can pick up your order. Since you have already paid you are their lowest priority. Go anywhere else, and have shipped to you!

This stellar review is for the Print/Copy portion of the Burbank store. I've been using their print services for 3 years now for both personal and business. Without fail, every single employee that works in this department is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and nice. In this day and age, these qualities are so rare to find in any employee in any store. They are obviously well-trained and conscientious people, and they act like they actually care about doing their jobs well. I have printed large quantities, color, banners and holiday cards and they have been great with every print job. Even when I do self-serve printing, if there's an issue with one of the printers, they will always try to make it right, help me do it, or even do it on their machines behind the counter right away. Even when I come in near closing time, they still have a good attitude. Thank you for embodying the true spirit of work ethic and customer service. It's much appreciated every time.

I needed some printing done - too much for my small printer. And I needed copies of some very old sketches. Emily helped me. She was so very conscientious and caring. She clarified costs, timing, and was very careful with my antique drawings. Great service and a very pleasant personality too.

I usually go to this staples quite a bit but I had a horrible experience with a woman named Michelle. I called earlier because I was having issues ordering customized stickers and was told I could stop by so I could get assistance. When I stopped by I asked the person who was working there (Michelle) if she could help me with ordering customized stickers and told me to go to aisle 6 and when I said that my issue wasn't resolved she said there was nothing she could do in a very harsh tone. I've never received that kind of treatment at this staples but it really turned me off

Time and time again this lady (Michelle?) at the print center is SUPER NOT HELPFUL. Takes forever to do anything, don't know how to do anything, just doesn't seam to have the sense of trying to help the customers in her bones...Never go near this print center
