Small store but has some great items at low prices, even for a thrift store. More importantly, the money goes to a good cause & the staff are lovely people. Worth checking out as part of your thrifting in Burbank.

We came here on Saturday (July 30th) in the late afternoon and was met with an EXTREMELY rude lady. She had zero customer service skills and had the worst attitude. She was lucky that I didn't go off on her. What an unhappy pathetic person. Would never come back here again!

Love the people who run this shop. I always find something here that reminds me of my grandma, my favorite aunt and even much loved neighbors. Update!:,Today, I go in and the woman thinks I'm someone's she apparently likes' sister and she was clearly not happy that I'm not her. I found an ice cube tray, a colander and a mini Pyrex frying dish that I thought was so cute. There was a second for $5 with no lid and I didn't realize the one I chose had no price. I was carrying everything and asked If she'd hold things behind the counter while I continued to look. She seemed still unhappy I wasn't her friend's sister. I came back around to find a guy and his Mom pawing through my stuff in front of her. I thought it time to check out, which is when I found out the Pyrex mini had no price. She made me wait there several minutes while she looked up similar things listed on eBay. I tried to be personable and chat and she wasn't interested, then tells me $10. Ridiculous. List price on eBay doesn't mean it sold and eBay free shipping included is not the going rate in Burbank when I'm standing there waiting with money and this store doesn't know it's own prices? I guess I'm the wrong person's sister. I hope she finds who ever she's looking for.

Any of these reviews saying this store sucks is honestly flat out lying and trying to trash the image of this place on purpose. Everyone who works there is a sweetheart and so kind! I never walk out of this store empty handed ever there is always some great treasures to find here! I've found some of my favorite clothing pieces and home decor at this place. It has stolen my heart and became a charity store that I absolutely love. Me and my boyfriend always try to go whenever we can cause it's always a great time! The people complaining about not being able to make returns are just hilarious and you can tell they're entitled and have never been to a charity store before! This is a store for people looking for great treasures and gently used items, it's not target people! If you don't like it and it's not up to your standards go somewhere else, cause this place has plenty of loyal customers like me and my boyfriend that'll continue to support this great place!! We love St Annes!

I have shopped (and donated back to) St. Anne's for years. They are located on Burbank Bl just two doors east of the Coral Cafe, which is my 'go to' comfort food destination. At the end of this block (California and Burbank Bl) is a more boutique-type thrift shop, but their hours are very limited. I prefer St. Anne's pleasant staff, who make themselves available without staring you down or being pushy: and the selection. A look in the front window gives you a peek at the newest treasures inside. It is updated often. St. Anne's is small but not so packed that it becomes difficult to move about if you are of average size. It is always very clean and organized but invites exploration. The emphasis is on Decorative Home, China, Crystal, Silver, small furniture pieces, Lamps and patio items. Most items will fit in the backseat of a sedan. There is an interesting but not overwhelming selection of books, linens and other categories. As mentioned in another review, two rolling racks of heavily discounted clothing are usually outside when the store is open. This is not a destination for men's clothing: there are some good brands and I have found items on occasion. There is a much larger women's selection and a kid's section. Easy parking on the streets. I typically spend 30-40 mins and feel I'm up to date on their merchandise. My only wish is that they were open later in the summer. Perhaps that will change once the pandemic becomes manageable.
