I would like to recognize and commend Peter Martinez and sports tutor team for providing an amazing customer service experience, starting from my first call to customer service for tennis ball machine repair that has been sitting in a shed for 15+ years to delivering machine in a brand new condition in a fastest possible time. They honored their quoted repair cost even after finding internal parts severely damaged with wiring chewed and gross rat stuff everywhere. Communication/updates was excellent along the way, and delivering and picking up machine was efficient. Amazing customer service!

I would like to recognize and commend Ron and the crew at Sports Tutor for their exceptional customer service. On more than three occasions, I have been amazed at the way they stand behind their product and do whatever it takes to satisfy a customer. It's like a trip back in time to the "good old days" when you actually were able to speak to a real person who knows the product and has the knowledge to resolve the issue, instead of being transferred, or put on a long hold, only to speak to a string of representatives who are not very helpful. Most companies only focus on the sale. After the sale is complete, you're on your own. When I purchase a item like a ball machine I'm thinking ahead to what kind of support will I get if something goes wrong. Knowing that I can speak to someone who will take the time to remedy any issues I may have, will keep me as a customer. Phenomenal customer service!

The customer service here is awesome. I am a coach for a High School Tennis Team. There was a ball machine in our shed that had not been used in years. The oscillator was malfunctioning. I found out where it was from, took it here for maintenance. The problem was minor and they charged me practically nothing to get it going again. About 3 months later it stopped working. I took it back and they replaced the motor at no charge because the maintenance was under warranty. The customer service this company has is phenomenal and just unheard of in these times. If you buy a machine from them, they will take care of you

I ordered a mini pickleball tutor from this merchant. The merchant called me to verify my identity, billing address, and shipping address. I found out that the merchant later contacted my employer (a university medical center) and pressed my assistant for information (making her uncomfortable). When I questioned Peter (the gentleman with whom I spoke), I was told this is a routine practice to "protect both me and them." I've never heard of such a thing, and I never consented to my employer being contacted. I think this is completely inappropriate, and I cancelled my order.

All I can say is "Wow!" The customer service is unparalleled. They make a quality product, and they absolutely stand behind it. They answer the phone--no robotic voice to navigate--and they are quick and efficient. I was never placed on hold and was always met by a friendly and helpful voice on the other end. Every company should treat customers this way!

Many thanks to Jim Miller, Production Supervisor for Sports Tutor. Our pickleball club’s Tutor ball machine had a recuring problem with the throwing wheels. When we bought new throwing wheels and had them installed, we still had problems.Fortunately, the machine was still under warranty. Jim had us send the machine out to him at the company’s expense to examine and repair it. In the end, he sent us a brand new machine that works perfectly!!!Again, many thanks to Jim Miller for his professionalism and honoring the warranty. It is so much appreciated by our club. A+ for Jim!

Sports Tutor Inc could write a book on good customer service. I don't know what to expect when I called them and I was pleasantly surprised. The part I ordered arrived 4 days via USPS. What good service.

My tutor machine had been giving me issues for a while, my ball feeder wasn't working, I also had issues with ball consistency. Peter set me up with Ron, and they went above and beyond for me!! The feeder works amazing now, and the wheels are perfect. I couldn't be happier with with their customer service, and overall product. I'd recommend this place to anyone recommending buying a ball machine... THESE GUYS R THE BEST!! I'll be back - JR

I purchased a pickleball Tutor plus ultra to improve my game. Was told a paddle won't improve your game, but drilling with a machine will. I was speaking to John Crowley of pickleball Central who recommended the machine I purchased. I am very pleased with the machine, but the customer service is in a class by its self.

Customer for life and I mean it! Best service department with outstanding service. Any issue there is advice and if needs parts to resolve with one phone call. My Wilson is hanging in there if needing a replacement in the future I'm committing to this outstanding company. Thanks so much
