This gas station shorts you three whole dollars! They’re stealing from you here. Owner or manager or whatever he is tried giving me bullshit about how they can’t control it. “It’s the system”. I said I can’t come back here and he said go to another gas station then. I’ll gladly be doin that since I’m not an idiot desperate to get robbed.

The older gentleman that works at this station is incredibly rude for no apparent reason. He will refuse to greet women who walk into the mart but will loudly greet men who enter and converse with them. I came here a few times because I wasn't sure if I was imagining his animosity but after the 4th visit filled with his silent glaring and roughly putting my purchased items into a bag and not responding after I and any other woman I'm accompanied by thank him; it is abundantly clear he has some kind of issue and is generally very hostile. If you are a woman do not go here and just turn around if he's the one behind the counter. It is absolutely disgusting that someone can make their customers feel unsafe, unwelcome and scared and still take their money.

VERY RUDE OWNERI broke my neck a couple of months ago and have been in a wheelchair since. One night, my partner and I were taking a walk as we had just left the CVS Pharmacy from down the street. We needed to sit down and look at the phone to use the GPS and noticed the 24-hour sign brightly lit on the front of this also brightly lit parking lot of the gas station. There was even a well-lit table with mosaic tile and benches. We sat down and were there for 20 minutes as we were debating on the best route to take to where we needed to go next. Outcomes the gentleman who must work at night (it was barely past midnight), kindly informing us that his boss had called him and had instructed him to make sure we left the premises IMMEDIATELY-NOT TWO OR THREE MINUTES FROM NOW SO THAT WE COULD FINISH WHAT WE WERE DOING-and I could tell that this guy was actually really nice and didn't want to have to come say anything. I was polite in response but pointed out that there was clearly a 24-hour sign and that is why we chose this spot to sit down for a moment. I said that we would be gone within 5 minutes. He told us that we did not have 5 minutes. I then just bit my tongue. We gather our things and just as we were headed off-my companion pushing me away in the wheelchair, this employee comes outside again, but this time he's on the phone, saying that he'd already notified us... "He approaches us again and says that his boss has instructed him to call the cops.So if we did not even know that we were not supposed to be there for full 20 minutes until we were notified, we were obviously doing absolutely nothing suspicious, clearly I'm handicapped and even had a neck brace on, and what is this crazy boss doing at home watching the camera second by second anyway when he has an employee? Doesn't he hire employees so he can go home and relax at night? What reason was there to call the cops on us? All I have to say is I honestly am curious enough to make an appearance in there during the day and see what kind of loser owns the place. Obviously a controlling impatient freak.

Didn't have to wait in any line getting gas here at 'Sinclair,' Burbank, CA. I've been driving to 'Burbank,' CA lately supporting this city's local biz for being in YelpLAEast next year, 2024. I think I noticed gas prices going down lately to around like $4.5?! I was here post 8pm, PST, so I didn't go into the Convenience store inside or anything. I just got gas and drove home after writing in Priscilla's Coffee Shop, Burbank, CA but I'll for sure get gas again here soon.Receipt printer was working, so I didn't have to walk into the Convenience Store to retrieve receipt. I'll be back if I'm out half tank of gas here in Burbank, CA. Next time!

I think this is the best gas station in Burbank. Very close to the great dining and shopping area of Toluca Lake and the WB tour for tourists, and next to the 134 freeway. Prices aren't jacked up, good tire air & water machine available, Good little market. My car responds well to the quality of the gasoline, I feel.

Sinclair Gas Station exceeds expectations with its high-end selection of goods in the mini-market. The upscale offerings elevate the convenience store experience. The station's commitment to quality extends to its 100-octane racing fuel, catering to performance enthusiasts. Fueling up at Sinclair is not just a necessity; it's a premium experience. The clean and well-organized station, coupled with top-notch products, makes it a standout choice for those seeking both high-quality fuel and a sophisticated mini-market selection. Highly recommended for a refined pit stop.

WATCH OUT!!! Constantly selling expired snacks. I took this video out of frustration for the lack of accountability. I pump gas here and buy snacks almost every other day. I randomly get expired product without realizing because most of the time I am in a hurry but today I had time to confront an employee. He said it wasn’t his responsibility and that is what really set me off. They use this tactic where they put expired snacks in the front of the shelf, the pretzels you see in the video where set to expire three days from the day of purchase and the cheeze itz had expired in FEBRUARY when we are in May and I just bought them the day before this video. Makes me think about what other tactics they use to scam people. Will not be returning to this location and I recommend everyone else to do the same. Rude employees and a dishonest store that scams it’s customers.

The pump got stuck in my car due to a design flaw with my vehicle. I asked for help and the cashier was incredibly rude and misogynistic, told me I didn't know what I was doing and told me to "use common sense". I guarantee this wouldn't have happened if I were a man. Don't speak to your customers this way or else you'll lose business.
