I have leased 2 absolutely beautiful cars through Marcus and I consider him my go to car guy. He was also able to take care of my old car, financially helping me out tremendously at a time when I was tight on funds. Any questions or concerns I have he is extremely patient and knows his cars! Amazing to work with, quick to respond and has completely eliminated any dread I used to have about the car leasing/buying process. I can't say enough great things about him and I always look forward to talking with him. If you are lucky enough to work with him, you are in great hands!

The process of obtaining a vehicle from a dealer is time consuming and extremely stressful, trying to negotiate without the proper tools or information is a hard process, when i go online and find a car i search inventory and try to get a ball park price knowing that i have only my skills to get the best price, when i decided to go with silverback automotive to find my car, i was completely astounded at the savings, process, customer service and ease of the ordeal , be prepared to be to know the type, packages, options, color, make, model , you need to be flexible , Marcus will be there through the entire process, will provide exact information , options, and contact , this is in my opinion the only way to select a car

If I could give 10 stars I would. I used to dread the thought of car shopping until I was referred to Marcus by a family member back in 2017. He's helped me purchase/lease three cars since then and I've never looked back. The process is: 1. Call Marcus and discuss your budget/needs/wants 2. He comes back with the best options across various manufacturers that fit within your budget 3. Once you choose the car, he works his magic and gets you the dang car! 4. Sign all digital documents (can literally do it from your phone) 5. Car is delivered to your home Marcus handles every situation with complete honesty, as if he were helping his own family member. Every time I thought I knew what car I wanted he has guided me to an even better car and better deal. He'll lay it all out for you and give you pros and cons. He's very knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and wants the best for his clients. My fiancé is a very cautious guy and said he wanted to check out the dealership to see how the pricing compares with Marcus's quote. He was shocked to see the drastic difference in cost (Marcus's of course being much lower). My fiancé now says "please don't ever lose his number." Lol I can't thank him enough for all the time and effort he's put into finding my last three cars. I really can't recommend him enough. Thank you Marcus and Silverback Team!

If you want the short version: I got the car I wanted in less than a week for an affordable price thanks to Marcus. A miracle in this market! If you want the long version, buckle up. Yes, that's a car pun. My reliable ,dependable low-milage 2010 Corolla was parked on a quiet street. Someone hit it an totaled it! I was in shock. It didn't help matters that my wedding is less than a month away. My stress is high and money is low. And my time is even less than my money. Since I was NOT thinking of buying a new car anytime soon, I had NO IDEA about shortages of chips /inventory and skyrocketing prices. I spent DAYS going to dealership after dealership with no luck. Prices were ON AVERAGE 10,000 over MSRP. No one would speak with me. No one cared about my story, my need for a low payment vehicle. Everywhere just said " It's not possible" It was a nightmare. I went home crying. I was so stressed and hopeless. I knew it would take me months to find an affordable, reliable car with the market like this! I luckily came across an ad for Silverback Automotive. I read the reviews! It seemed too good to be true. Let me tell you : IT'S TRUE! I got a CONSULT call from Marcus ONE WEEK ago, and a car was delivered to my home today! ONE WEEK from consult! Again, I thought it would take MONTHS for me to do this on my own. Marcus was so kind and patient with all my questions! And the results are clear. I highly recommend reading all FAQs before your consult call. You pay 300 per vehicle searched. Marcus told me the most affordable and available car I could find right now is a Kia Forte, so I told him to go for it! The next day he had a GREAT offer for me. I accepted and he had a specific vehicle and vin reserved for me within 36 HOURS of the consult! I was supposed to wait until Sept 25th for the shipment to arrive. It arrived a week early! I am still in shock. A car within a week? It was so easy and seamless. This was the best choice/find I've made in a long time. Marcus saved me countless hours, stress, and tears - not to mention money! THANK YOU for getting me a reliable vehicle fast for a low price! I will shout your name to the rooftops. And I know I will use them again! Why would anyone ever go back to non-trustworthy salesmen? Let Silverback do the negotiating and securing for you! This is the best 300 I have ever spent. I truly mean that.

I can't say enough about Will Khazam at Silverback Automotive. He is insanely responsive, helpful, and immediately got me incredible pricing on the car I wanted. These guys also help cut down on all of the dealer BS and take care of all of the headache for you and broker incredible deals. Highly recommend for your next car search.

Marcus was great! Right now it is very hard to get a Toyota Tacoma. I went to four different dealers and they were all asking way above MSRP and would raise the price more when I arrived. Marcus was able to get me the exact truck I wanted at an extremely good price. He made the whole experience extremely smooth and I didn't have to hassle with dealer salesmen. I will definitely come back for my next vehicle.

Everything good you've read about this place is true, and possibly underselling the value of their services. I contacted them via the form on their website and Marcus reached out the next day. We had a great, frank conversation about what I wanted and what I could get, and the relationships he had with manufacturers that would suit my budget and the kind of ride I wanted. I told him I'd like to think about it and felt no pressure from that point on until I contacted him again to give the go ahead and look for the car I wanted to lease. We talked color, trim, etc., and he insisted on doing the legwork before we discussed invoicing, to make sure he could deliver. Not only did he get me an amazing deal on a 2021 Sportage with the exact lease terms I wanted, but he got me THE 2021 Sportage I saw in inventory at a local dealership. It was the only one of its color within a hundred miles, it had the package on it that made it as good as the next trim up at a substantially lower monthly cost, and - and it's difficult to stress this enough - it happened totally seamlessly in about 4 hours. I gave him the go ahead in the early afternoon and had a car delivered to my doorstep by 6pm, at an incredibly low monthly cost and paying almost nothing to get it off the lot. DMV taken care of, financing in place, all of it. I had spent months researching and reading up on how to handle dealerships and everything that goes with getting (my first!) new cars, and Marcus made it an easy, enjoyable, stress-free, rewarding experience. He was super communicative, available, friendly, he put up with me checking in after the fact with multiple questions, you name it. Cannot recommend this company highly enough, and cannot fathom why you would EVER get a car any other way!

Highly recommend Silverback Automotive and Marcus for any car needs! I wanted to lease a vehicle but with the pandemic and with my parents across the country, I didn't know how to handle such a complicated process by myself. Luckily, Marcus took care of everything for me in such a short amount of time, and I had a car in my hands within a week! All I had to do was pick my preferred car and color, submit some information, and he took care of the rest and negotiated a very good price for me! Highly recommend.

Was looking for a new commuter car and didn't want to go through the trouble of shopping and haggling. Ended up reaching out to Marcus, and it was 3 days from first calling him to having the car delivered all at a price below average market rates! Amazing VIP-level service! Marcus was super patient in answering all of my questions and did all of the heavy lifting, I personally must've spent less than 2 hours overall on what would typically amount to 20-30 hours of shopping, negotiating, and playing dealership games.

I had an excellent experience with Marcus. Given the pandemic, I called him a couple of weeks ago and let him know I was interested in leasing, but was aiming to hold off until April because of a contract I had on a rental car. He assured me he'd let me know if he got any sense that I should move up my timeline, and he kept me informed when some dealerships began to close their sales sides down because of the virus. He kept working with me in the intervening weeks, and was able to locate the exact car my wife and I wanted (and even the trim) at under MSRP, as soon as we were ready to pull the trigger. He went above and beyond in every way in a stressful time. We will definitely work with him again in the future.

Returning customer Had an emergency and called Marcus once more to see if he can get me into a lease within the week. The VERY next day I was signing a new lease and delivered to my house.
