“My stylist Lily and Irena (along with the rest of the alterations team), helped so much in making the process of finding my dream dress so smooth. I found my wedding dress and I am so excited for my big day! Ladies, thank you so much for all your help and care.”
“Great! Place our shoes look like new definitely recommend this place. Price is reasonable it was around $20 per pair of shoes. Had my shoes on time and ready to go earlier than I had requested. they are awesome!”
“Customer service is great, boutique is very clean and organized. They only have 2-3 items of each article of clothing so not a wide size range and I would say the largest size I found was about a U.S. 22 so it's not a very inclusive plus size boutique. I'm used to specialty plus size stores going up to 4-6X etc, but this one tops out at a 3x which runs more like a 20-22. The lady working was really nice and advised me to size up on a few items because they run small. I did find a gorgeous little black dress and it was on sale, but they have a no-return policy -- there was a dress I loved but needed to try it with shapewear and a strapless bra because it was made of a weird material and I couldn't tell how it would sit on me, but I didn't want to buy it and then get it home and not like it. Most items I saw ran in the $30-80 range so not bad. There is also a small assortment of jewelry, handbags and shoes. They do not have items like jeans or casual wear, this is more like semi-formal/cocktail/date night attire. Definitely worth a browse if you're in that size range and looking for those kind of clothes!”
“I stopped by this Vans store last night to take a look at their skateboards while waiting for my friends to arrive to eat dinner. I never been to this Vans location inside Burbank mall so I wanted to check out their skateboard. They were not busy at all for a Friday night so when I walked in, I was the only guest inside. They have some nice skateboard collection on display and also skateboard accessories. I also checked out their shoes and clothing that they had. The store isn't that big but it doesn't have to be. The staff are nice and friendly if you have any questions”
“Wear it once is not a huge store but somehow most of the time we find what we're looking for. We've gotten tap shoes, rain boots, snow jackets, as well as regular play and fancy clothes for the kids. Thanks to the store I can be environmentally friendly while getting clothes for the kids that they love.”
“The 5 stars is for the fit and comfort of the shoe brand. The service is ok. The shoes are aprox 100/200 each pair. I've been wearing my sandals for at least 5 years - so that's like $40 a year which isn't bad. They are sooo comfortable. I've climbed mountains in Mexico in these sandals. Wide feet, plus size shoes. Shoes for old people- this is where it's at. I'm in hospitality, so on my feet up to 10/12 hours a day. They hella ugly, but super comfortable.”
“I recently purchased the New Balance x Joe freshgoods 990v4 intro from here… and I received them in the mail yesterday… I was highly impressed in the effort to make sure the sneakers were not damaged during its route… I usually buy sneakers from Goat, Stock x, flight club… places like that and you’ll always open a box and it’s just the sneakers in their box… but The Mag Park!! Made sure to wrap the box of sneakers in paper with tape! Then took it and put it into a nice fiber bag and tied it from the handles… I was highly impressed and very pleased… so thank you Mag park & Mikey (which I’ve spoken to before thru the fitted community) I will definitely be back again!”

The store is spacious inside and they look like they have some good deals on shirts. I looked at their sunglasses selections but I didn't see any Oakleys. I also looked at their tshirts but didn't see anything I like. This store is in a big plaza so you'll find parking here with no issues.”
“I bought a pair of boots. And they were a little too snug and I was able to bring them back and get a whole new pair of boots. That fit me perfect and I love these boots”
“This place has the best customer service. I was helped by a beautiful girl name Kenya shout out to her, she went out of her way to accommodate my shopping needs and got me the kicks I wanted. Definitely recommend this place.”
“Anyone who knows me knows that I have... shall we call it... an "affinity" for shoes. (I almost typed in "infinity". Imelda Marcos really didn't have much on me...)
I love to make them. I love to wear them. I love to own them. There is a caveat: They must both be fashionable AND comfortable. There's no shoe worth wearing if it's uncomfortable.
One of my colleagues had been urging me to go check out this placed called Cydwoq Shoes that makes and sells shoes - in Burbank of all places. But that's when I was living in Hollywood. And Burbank - well, that was over the hill and too far away except for very well-planned and intentional excursions.
Fast forward several years and I find myself living in North Hollywood - right next door to Burbank. (Now, excursions to Hollywood are very well-planned and intentional...) I kept thinking about going to visit Cydwoq. But since my mind is run by squirrel sightings (I'm a bit busy, and my attention is constantly being pulled by other matters), I kept getting cydtracked...as it were...
Today, being my last official day by myself (kids are in school, spouse is at work, I return to school on Monday), I had some time this morning.
First, I had to remember the name of the place, because, honestly, though I like the name, it is a bit unusual, and doesn't make me think of shoes. Nor is it a name that my mind sticks too. Having said that, once I dug deeply into my brain and the almighty Google, I called them up, and they just happened to be open today from 9 am to noon.
I looked it up on Googlemaps (long gone are the days of the Thomas Brothers Guides). Lo and behold, it is only 3 1/2 miles away... I could walk... (I didn't.)
Nestled away in a bit of an industrial area just north of the Burbank Empire Center (which we frequented regularly while living in Hollywood to go to Lowe's and REI and other shops - guess I could have made more of an effort earlier...), I entered the showroom to see some of the most amazing shoes with tons of character that I've seen in awhile. And from the showroom, you can see them making shoes through the windows that reveal the factory in the back. Right here in Burbank, CA - making and selling shoes, both online and in person.
First thought... I'm in trouble... Second thought... Show me the shoes... Third thought... Where am I going to put these shoes? Fourth thought... Squirrel...
Of course, some shoes came home with me. Not only do they have great character, my feet are extra happy because they have an equally great fit.
If you haven't checked this place out, you owe it to yourself to do so. The shoes are amazing. Equally amazing, the folks that work at Cydwoq Shoes. I'll definitely be back!”
“We needed a yearly parking adventure hiking pass. I called around. Big 5 is the only place that had them. I went in and Pedro helped me out. They are quick and the line moved fast. They are fully stocked with sporting goods, reels, shoes and anything else needed for sports.
Pedro showed me options for the pass. I was going to get a day pass for 5.00. We are going to hike a lot more than 6 times this year. The yearly pass is 30.00.
I highly recommend Big 5 for the prices and variety of in stock options.”

They have some decent selections of perfume and they keep it in the checkout line. My wife also was looking at their shoes options as well which they have many of. Finding parking here is easy because it's in a big plaza with a lot of parking spots. The prices will vary depending on what you want.”
“This store has excellent choice and great service, but bare in mind that at the time of this review they had fitting rooms open on only weekends. Also they accept return and exchange only! with actual paper receipts.”
“Fleet Feet is the only local place I trust for running shoes. Their employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Their shoes are of the highest quality and the reps do a great job of being patient and fitting you with the best shoe for your needs.”
