We chose this spot to use the restroom on our road trip and fill up on gas but the staff said the restroom has been out of service for days and the closest restroom is McDonalds.

I regret to inform you of my extremely disappointing experience with the customer service provided by Ana and Jennifer at your Shell gas station. The level of service I received was far below acceptable standards, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.Firstly, upon entering the store, I immediately noticed a disorganized setup and encountered difficulties in locating products due to this lack of organization. Additionally, I observed that the prices displayed were not accurate, leading to confusion and inconvenience during the checkout process.During the checkout process, I was further dismayed to find that both Ana and Jennifer were eating at the counter and applying makeup while attending to customers. This unprofessional behavior not only reflects poorly on your establishment but also creates a negative impression of the level of care and attention given to customers.Moreover, when I attempted to address the pricing discrepancies, I was met with a hostile and disrespectful attitude from both employees. Their demeanor was particularly unprofessional, and to exacerbate the situation, they chose to communicate in Spanish in a manner that was both dismissive and rude.Overall, my experience at your Shell gas station, particularly with Ana and Jennifer, was highly unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against patronizing your store due to the subpar customer service and unprofessional conduct exhibited by your employees.I hope that this feedback prompts you to take necessary measures to improve the customer service standards at your establishment and address the issues raised.

This establishment is violation of federal law. They refused a cash transaction and I was forced to overpay for cigarettes.Every dollar bill printed is good for all debts public and private.

I don't recommend this gas station... The owner is a very greedy person. He speaks russian and not a business oriented person based on my experience. he'd rather blot his reputation and be punked in the area over negligeable amount that he owed me and kept coming up with lame excuses why he couldn't refund me, for a vape that didn't work. No respect for these types of people...

I was traveling and stop to get gas and eat real quick. I wasn’t there even 10 minutes and the cashier came out angry telling me to leave. The station was empty so I don’t understand why she was so angry.

BE AWARE NOT TO GET SCAMED BY THIS GAS STATION. For the second time this year Shell gas station has not honored my Ralphs/Kroger gas rewards discount, even when they say they offer it. Especially when you pay cash, The tellers inside allow you to input your Ralph's rewards info and the in store device states that you have earned a discount amount, in my last case it said $0.40 cents discount per gallon. Then when you go to pump the gas, the gas pump does not reflects the discount and charges you the actual amount advertised instead. I lost out on $6.94 cents this last time from them. When you bring it to the tellers attention, they just make excuses, act confused and unwilling to help. It's not about the money I write this, its more about the integrity of this gas station being untrustworthy multiple times. Probably most people don't bother with it afterwards. So I called Shell corporate and when they looked up if this gas station participates with Ralphs rewards, they informed me that they don't and should not be misleading customers this way, even further their machine should not indicate discount amounts either. They are conducting an investigation. Finally when you try to call then at the number they provide in the internet, the number in not good. With everything that is going on in our country, we need to speak up when it merits it.

I Just really want to know whats up with these gas prices? Not only to make that not a pleasant place to visit. sometimes the person behind the register could be a little bit rude and take out the bad day they're having on the Customer's With passive, aggressive, rude interactions. I don't understand why the gas here is so expensive when it's literally the same gas from the other shells Yeah they want to charge a dollar plus just because..... unless the gas here has a magical power, I just don't understand why the price is significantly higher than other Shell gas stations in the valley.

Why do y'all come here? The price is literally often a dollar more per gallon than places just down the street like 7/11 or even world oil. Shell gas is nothing special.
