I’m not sure why you hire employees that don’t know how to take care of customers. I will never come back to this location and I’m making a formal complaint on the Shell website about your gas station. The two employees. Yes I stated that correctly. You have two employees working and they doing the bare minimum. I’m not sure if she’s the owner. I tried asking for help with my app they we’re so rude. I was only able to afford $40 And I know it’s illegal so check the camera at 7:50 he cut the line while I was pumping gas and thought I would walk away but I complained about it and they were trying to make it seem like it was my fault. She notices in recording and refuses to help and once I stop recording he turned on the one and finished pumping. That’s super illegal to but the line of gas to a paying customer.

We chose this spot to use the restroom on our road trip and fill up on gas but the staff said the restroom has been out of service for days and the closest restroom is McDonalds.

I regret to inform you of my extremely disappointing experience with the customer service provided by Ana and Jennifer at your Shell gas station. The level of service I received was far below acceptable standards, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.Firstly, upon entering the store, I immediately noticed a disorganized setup and encountered difficulties in locating products due to this lack of organization. Additionally, I observed that the prices displayed were not accurate, leading to confusion and inconvenience during the checkout process.During the checkout process, I was further dismayed to find that both Ana and Jennifer were eating at the counter and applying makeup while attending to customers. This unprofessional behavior not only reflects poorly on your establishment but also creates a negative impression of the level of care and attention given to customers.Moreover, when I attempted to address the pricing discrepancies, I was met with a hostile and disrespectful attitude from both employees. Their demeanor was particularly unprofessional, and to exacerbate the situation, they chose to communicate in Spanish in a manner that was both dismissive and rude.Overall, my experience at your Shell gas station, particularly with Ana and Jennifer, was highly unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against patronizing your store due to the subpar customer service and unprofessional conduct exhibited by your employees.I hope that this feedback prompts you to take necessary measures to improve the customer service standards at your establishment and address the issues raised.
