Rude attendant the other evening. Younger latina girl, gave attitude when I asked if I could used my Rewards points. She didn't even try to hide the major eye rolling and facial expressions.

I needed air on my bike because a flat tire I’ve bin going ther for years any gas station actually she denied me free air and I only use shell I had to walk in the 90 degree heat because my flat she didn’t not care I left my wallet at home or I would of bought air free air is for any customer I go to handy market and use that gas station 15 years how in a moment of need am I not a customer

Corner of Magnolia and Buena Vista. I've never had a decent experience here. It's my fault I keep coming back thinking the bad experience was just an off day for the staff. Today was the last time. They make you jump through hoops if you want to use a credit card. This time I said would avoid that and just use my debit card. The card reader said my chase debit card was not supported and or accepted. I went to the booth. The attendant saw me walking to it and certainly took his time getting to me. As soon as I started to tell him he looked annoyed. He said it works. Well I told him I tried several times. Again very annoyed he asked how much, I told him but in the same sentence I said I want to use my Ralph's rewards. Oh boy did that irritate him even more. Then I said I don't mind leaving if he thinks I am bothering him. He didn't care. So I said whatever and I left. I would love to see this establishment under new management. Obviously the owner doesn't care. There are plenty of horrible reviews about the staff. Hopefully you will think twice about coming here.

Customer service here is terrible! Tried to use the card slot outside but it wasn't working so I went inside to pay for gas. The cashier was on the phone, didn't greet me, and seemed annoyed by my presence. I tried to let him know that the card slot at the pump wasn't working but he didn't seem to care and quickly brushed off my comments to make the transaction. Oh, by the way, he stayed on the phone through this whole interaction. You could at least pretend to care about your customers!

Debit card fraud $500. Be aware and they will not refund my money. So I will start giving reviews Every week. Stay away they will take your money any way they can. It's happened several times kind of ?? if you ask me.

Been coming here for years. Moved to the other side of town And recently revisited. All the cashiers in the past were always friendly until today. There was a pregnant woman who I had to wait 5 mins to get service after knocking on the window. After obvious irritation after asking a question I asked if she was ok and said she had an attitude. Her response was to lash out at me for accusing her of having an attitude and decided to make more rude comments. Glad I moved to the other side of town and don't have to deal with the terrible customer service I was given for a simple transaction. She was in the rocket booth, FYI. Beware of the angry pregnant woman who hates her job and people.

I have been purchasing gas here for more than 20 years and in the last 16 months using their car wash, but no more! I've never had a problem with the car wash until a week ago. I waited in the usual line for about 45 minutes, went through the wash, but it wouldn't dry my vehicle. Fortunately, I had a towel in my car so I dried off my vehicle as best as possible. I then walked to the office and asked for a refund. The cashier refused and the manager stepped up and also refused the refund also. Stay away!!

It's early morning about 2:00 a.m. on Wednesday June, 2nd, 2021 and was just at this gas station about an hour ago buying smokes and needed to say to the female who was working at that particular time that I wish I had talked to you more while I was there because I can't get you out of my mind now and think you are gorgeous even while wearing a mask! I even tried calling the number google gave me for that location and I didn't get any answer. I dunno your name but if anyone can clue me in to her name would be great!

I've been going to this gas station for 20 years, spent thousands on gas (and unfortunately cigs as well). Today the lovely young Latina who works there (who is usually very pleasant) did something that may cause me to take my business elsewhere. They have a loyalty discount card that saves you money if you use it. Their reader is "not working" and has not worked for weeks. This has happened before, and like others have noted, their equipment (readers, pumps) are a little old and wonky. However, another employee showed me a way to use my phone number to get the loyalty discount. I couldn't remember which of their four discounts I used last time (manual input of my phone number), so I tried one of them, which did not work. When I told this employee I'd like to try a different one she was annoyed and said "she has to cancel the transaction each time I try a different reward". So.... it required literally 5 seconds of her time and nobody else was in the gas station.... I mentioned that another employee had told me how to get the reward using a manual process, and that she might want to find out how to do that to save customers some money. I insisted on trying a different reward and on the next try I got the discount (used the "Loyalty" button), which saved over $2. Not a huge amount, but I'll take it. I asked her if she wouldn't want to save $2 given the opportunity and the response was "I don't smoke". My response was "Well your customers do, and that's how you build loyalty and provide good customer service, by helping long-term customers save money". Crickets..... Hope she was just having a bad day, but she might need to rethink her attitude, it's not all about her. Or perhaps ownership should provide some customer service training. I have always liked the staff here, so may give them another chance, but there are many competitors who do not treat customers this way.

I've never felt compelled to write a review for a gas station before, and it's an odd thing to celebrate, but the power of Christ compels me - the Shell at the corner of Via Princessa & Sierra Highway rules a*** Not only does it have a Del Taco in it, but it has *the* best "squeegee/windshield wash" stations at the pumps I've ever seen, on two coasts & 41 years of living. Always clean fluid, brand new/nice squeegees with extra long handles and super sharp rubber blades. It's the best place to quick wash your window, if you're an OCD car freak like me. The inside/store is solid too, lots of good junk food and generally clean. Solid.
