I wish I can give 0 stars . Owner was rude and they over tax !! Do not come here . Bad quality oil , lazy workers bad attitude, i recommend Dave's quick lube only 3 min away and significantly cheaper .

You can't bring your dog inside the store. The female attendant said "no pets allowed". And because of that reason I'm never coming back to this gas station.

Just filled up at this station and I'm fuming. When tank was full I could not stop the pump. It kept pumping. Ran to cashier (Ali) came out and kept pumping gas into my tank and he could not stop the pump. Gas was everywhere and the numbers kept going. He went inside and turned it off. I asked for some money back but he got very loud saying it was my fault and I should get fined for spilling gas and then he just left.

Do not come here
Owner is rude and will only turn the air on if you are a gas customer. What is frustrating is that I have a full tank of gas right now, so I do not need any gas I just need air because my air light just came on. It is OK because he just lost a customer as Ill never come back and gained a negative review. I live two minutes away, And I have purchased gas here many many times, never again

Punctured tire…. rolled up at 4pm on a Monday with all bays full. Fear not! I just gotta rant about the excellent customer service from Chant. Helped me right away, was respectful of my car, and had me out of there in 15 minutes tops. All for a scant $25.

We were shocked today after using this gas station for years to have the owner or manager verbally assault me in a very aggressive manner as I was exiting the bathroom while my husband was filling up our car. Even after I explained that I was a paying customer he continued to behave erratically. We have lodged a formal complaint and will not go to any Shell stations until this issue has been addressed. Many other options that not only understand customer service but proper manners in social situations.

Went to fill my tank and wash my car, purchased "The Best" car wash for $11.99 which includes a double pass wash. My car was washed in less than 3 minutes. How is it that all the features in "The Best" is completed in less than 3 minutes. I then go to vaccum the inside of my car and the vacuum is taped up with duct tape so not much suction. I complained to the cashier who refunded the vaccum charge.

Verdugo Tire in the Shell station on Hollywood Way & Verdugo are a great local shop. The owner/manager Shant is always helpful, nice and does a great job...fast. It is wonderful to have him and everyone in his shop in the neighborhood.

Staffs are unprofessional, and gift cards are not recommended here, but around 7AM~5PM yes the staff will help you out, after that time don’t even bother.

Greatest people work there. U must be an employed there. Every time I went there rude AF.... and pushy and I'm speaking on the 6am staff members that need another job if there customer service is rude and lack of social skills.
