Rude employees. They don't greet you. You have to find someone to help and it takes forever. They hate their job probably.

Customer services is poor and they do the very minimum. My first time at this location. I usually go to the Americana on Brand where they have very attentive staff and always available. Burbank location did not provide the vibe I'm used too !

I love this Sephora, their staff is patient, kind and helpful. I came to this store after having an incredibly terrible experience at the Sephora in Universal. I recommend coming here if you're needing help in finding what you need. A HUGE Thank you to the staff for making my day better.

I found a Dior product presented in store on a shelf, but they didn’t have it in stock. In fact a lot of Dior products I need to buy weren’t there.The staff was kind and welcoming, so I would come back again.Don’t come during rush hours because entering and exiting the huge parking lot can become a nightmare.

Zero stars for the cashier, Isabel Isabel was the most unhelpful person. If she can't help customers, she shouldn't work for customer service. She had an attitude and was impatient. She was insulting. I did notice she wasn't just rude towards me but with other customers. I wanted to redeem my points, and she told me she didn't have any products to give but had told a previous customer that the only product she didn't have available was the Dior fragrance. I agree with other users this location judges you by your appearance. Take your money elsewhere.

rude rude rude i was there few days ago and i saw the box was opened and the products inside the box was upside down i was opening it back up to fix it the employ snatched it out of my hand rudely very rudely like calm down you don't need to snatch it do the same thing i do and also there more employees in this Little store than customers Sephora do better you don't need 20 employees asking you the same question and every corner you turn if you need help very annoying, you can shop in peace

Went in for a specific lipstick Alexandra helped me. With her help I was in and out in no time. The staff seems very pleasant and professional. The line was a little bit long but I've never been to a Sephora before so I'm not sure how it compares to other locations.Overall the staff was friendly and professional I got what I wanted and fairly quickly. A good visit

Maria at Sephora in Burbank was not helpful at all. My daughter and I asked her a few questions about some products on Red collection and she did not go the extra mile to help us . Bad customer service overall.

Unfortunately I think this is the most racist business I've ever been to, my friend and I on separate occasions have come to this location and have been followed around the store and can never shop here comfortably and a lot of my friends who are brown girls say the exact things and it just discourages me to even coming to a Sephora in general. This location was completely pointless as the reviews about this place keep going.

Well let's talk about this Sephora and how unprofessional the girls were shall we girls didn't want to help with anything when I asked about a perfume I was given that ughh I don't want to go back there and look if you know what I mean yikes ! And girls were very snobby like they didn't want too work or be there . management really needs to sit down with these girls and show them how to treat a customer. ??

This past Sunday afternoon I went to this location, I was greeted by a lady by the door, but throughout the store it seems like the employees much rather engage in conversation with each other rather than the customers. Upon checking out, as im 2nd in line I notice both cashiers are VERY dry, and lack customers service, no hello, no thank you, no smile. Once it was my turn to pay the cashier just asked for me to input my phone number and that was the only thing she said to me, no eye contact, no nothing. This is a new location and the employees really need to do better in the customer service department. This location is very close and convenient to me, but I'd rather make a drive a bit farther to a different Sephora for a more welcoming, over all better experience. First impression is everything.

Worst experience so far, seems like they have 20workers and no one give a big S if there is a client waiting 10-15 mins WHO IS READY TO BUY FRAGRANCE AT ONCE, without wasting 30-40 mins trying No one even looks or comes to assist I was ready to buy $450 of Chanel fragrance but as you can see gave a favor to Macys stuff who will do anything just so you buy from them And at least they are not mean.. like this stuff.. Horrible and never again will buy any thing from sephora

I usually come to this Sephora and it's decent. Most of the time I do get weird vibes from the employees but the other day I went with my friend and we both felt we were being followed around and you could just tell they thought that we was stealing it was very uncomfortable, to shop in peace. Also most of the girls working there are very inexperienced with makeup brands etc.

Poor customer service, have nothing in stock. Everytime I've asked for helped they just use the excuse of "go online". Was excited to have a Sephora nearby so I wouldn't have to always wait a few days for some quick or last minute things. I've wanted to leave a review over poor service before, this afternoon was a last straw. Working in customer service, I don't treat my clients they way they do to a customer.
