I’ve been coming to Securitax for a few years now and have nothing but positive things to say!
Mady has taken care of me since starting my own business a couple years ago and it has been a great experience. I’m still learning and get very overwhelmed, but he is extremely knowledgeable and patient and always answers all of my questions and concerns. I couldn’t recommend this group more.

My husband and I have been going to SecuriTax for taxes for a long time. And we are blessed for having Mady as our trustworthy accountant and financial advisor for all these years. Don't come here unless you want to be audited by the IRS. I have NO idea how this place gets five stars from anybody. Lord knows, we fell for these reviews and paid the price. Of the three years of taxes he prepared we were audited for one and paid a penalty on another. This is, hands down, the WORST accountant I've ever had, and I once had that guy in Encino who doctored so many of his clients returns he lost his license to practice, and even *then* I didn't get audited. Mady seems clueless and many times would tell us conflicting information while you play twenty questions trying to get an answer out of him. There were times where we really started to wonder whether he was stupid or he had some kind of progressive dementia setting in (Not a joke). The difference in having a conversation from the first year to the third was dramatic and not reassuring when you're overwhelmed with a federal audit. All of which is compounded by his staff who seem to live by the adage 'the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.' So you'll get a request for information and you'll answer it only to have the other person contact you days later requesting the same information. And then you'll show up and get asked if you ever sent that information. Or calling to confirm your appointment after you've already been in to their office and had it. And this just happens over and over and over. While prepping for our audit we realized he'd entered numbers twice in different areas of the form, and in one case, entered half of our payroll expenses. Basically the entire preparation was a mess and we doubted it was double checked before being submitted. So once it went into the system the irregularities got picked up and we got tagged for an audit. At one point we were on the phone with the IRS and the woman we were speaking to just sighed and said, "Your accountant really doesn't know what he's doing." Yikes. Basically everything this company touches is suspect and we're actually coughing up the money to have the other two years redone by our new accountant. *That's* how little trust we have in the competence of SecuriTax. Look, when we Yelped this guy he had, like, 25 reviews, mostly positive, so I can only assume the suddenly pushing 50 positive reviews are the result of a Cambodian clickfarm. Don't take the bait. TL;DR Stay. Away.

My wife and I were first recommended to him last year. Last year was our first year filing together and it was also our first year not doing it online ourselves. We were very happy with our experience with Mady that we vowed to come back every year. We don't really live close, about 50 miles, which seems longer due to Southern California traffic. But we just completed our 2nd year of taxes with him and he makes every minute of the drive worth it.

Excellent excellent accountant and tax advisor. We had a small biz that was growing and needed tax and growth advice. Mady and staff were welcoming, empathetic, and very informative. We left with our taxes done, a plan for next year's finance and tax strategy, and a great experience with a real professional. We spent a couple hundred bucks to save $10k. We have had lots of interactions with professionals, and Mady and crew are among the best we have experienced. This is the kind of professional relationship we all need.

Awesome tax service! Highly recommended! I went in to get my taxes done and Mady completed them in less than 45 minutes right in front of me. He then filed them electronically, and less than a week later, I received my state and federal tax refund to my bank account with no problems at all! I will definitely be going back to Mady for all my future tax needs. He is very professional, knowledgable, and efficient at what he does!

Mady is wonderful and takes the time to explain any and everything if you have any questions or find yourself confused. And taxes are often a large source of confusion in my life . I've been going to him for my taxes the last two years and don't regret a thing! I highly recommend using Mady and his team for all of your tax needs!
