This Sears has an abysmal, poor, bad selection of men’s clothes. The Sears brand items are ugly and cheap quality.

Only 11 Sears stores remain and this is likely the one functioning most like a full department store.
Items are oddly spaced out to give perception of fullness, but it does have complete department store sections. There were things in the store I’d actually buy, which can’t be said for a few other remaining stores. Appliance section is the most complete and would go there if I needed anything. Interestingly has a decent sized toy section though it’s oddly placed.

So happy to see this place opened up! Stopped by with some friends and discovered some amazing deals on cloths that we all couldn’t pass on. Store was also fully stocked and very clean! Employees were also friendly and helpful.

I have no idea how Sears still exists, but I'm not complaining. I got these cool pair of hiking shoes for 38 bucks plus tax. Not bad. Everything else was priced very cheap. Good selection and good customer service.

Sears has come back from the department store dust! For over 130 years, Sears was one of the leading, if not THE leading chain of department stores back in its heyday. As a kid, I fondly remember seeing a chain of Sears stores and their commercials back in the 1990s. Unfortunately, in today's age of digital and technology use, online e-commerce sites such as Amazon, eBay, Temu, and more have been on the rise of convenient shopping. According to Wikipedia, as of January 2024, there are 13 Sears stores remaining, with 12 in the mainland U.S. and one location in the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico. Although the declining number is staggering, Sears has a legacy of mall culture and launching the movement of ordering from mail catalogs. As a local Burbank resident, I am happy to see that this location is one of the last ones remaining. Don't get me wrong, I occasionally shop online but in the end, I generally prefer going to a physical store to get what I need. The Burbank location has 3 stories, the top floor being the most empty due to renovations. The second floor has women's, children's, and men's clothing and accessories. The bottom floor consists of housewares and kitchen appliances. Surprisingly, there is a large variety of items in store with fairly discounted prices. I really hope that this location and Sears as an entire chain overall will remain in business, despite the continuing rise of other competitors and the convenience of online shopping.

I'm happy to see the legendary retailer, Sears, reopen a store rather than continue to close stores. With only 13 Sears left in existence it's really awesome that the brand just reopened this Burbank location. This store is appropriately stocked and is reminiscent of Sears before the brand started to spiral downhill. While there wasn't as much variety of brands as the past, I was delighted at the variety of items . Do we really need 30 different options of every single item? I personally don't think so we long as there are a couple solid options for everything they stock. It seems like their current inventory model is to offer a large variety of items with a few options for each and to make sure everything is well stocked. You'll find matttesses, jewelry, men's/womens/kids clothes, shoes, appliances, outdoor items, home goods (although their furniture selection was very sparse), a pet section, tools, toys, luggage, and more. I was surprised to find stylish men's clothes and ended up buying 12 new items to refresh my wardrobe. Prices were really good with the pants I purchased costing 21.00 and shirts 10.00-14.00. The associates were very nice and happy to chat. I asked a couples of associates how the store is doing and they all said it's been rather busy and that they expect the store to remain open! Yay!! I hope customers support this store and eventually we see more stores open. *note - I was at this store around 1pm on a Tuesday which is not a busy shopping time and there was roughly 50-60 people in the store. I tried to take photos without customers in them so that no one got upset.

I had to come check out Sears since they are open again. I thought they were slowly going bankrupt and about to closed completely but they did a 180 and reopen the store inside Burbank mall. I believe the reason they reopen was because they couldn't find someone to take over the lease and it's better to be open to make some money instead of nothing. When I walked inside of the store, they had a small amount of other customers inside. Alot of the items were on clearance or their "sale" price but we didn't buy anything. I wouldn't recommend building appliances here because you just don't know how long they'll be around and if you have a problem, it might be hard to get it fix. They had some jewlery on display but nothing to my wife liking. I believe this Sears store is 3 floors but we only stayed on the 2nd floor.
