Scott Drugs has been my family's go-to pharmacy for years. Family owned so I'm always happy to support their business. I'm here every few months for my prescription and every time I call they have it ready within an hour or less. They also offer delivery although I personally have never utilized it. Anytime we've had questions about side effects/dosage they've been very helpful.

Bad first experience. Not friendly, no customer service skills. Too many other pharmacies available to choose from to keep dealing with whoever answers the phone here.

I love this pharmacy, everyone knows me by name and they make it really easy for me to come and pick up prescriptions. If they don't have the medication in stock they can nearly always get it by the next day. They are super fast and easy to deal with I love this pharmacy.

Honestly they really go above and beyond to help with any of my questions. The pharmacist is also very patient with my mother and takes his time to make sure she understands how to take her medication. Really love having them as my pharmacy. Thank you

This place is really amazing. I am so glad I switched over from CVS. Prescriptions are filled so fast and everyone is always kind and efficient. I have no desire to go anywhere else. I've found my pharmacy.

I have never been to a more friendly pharmacy. They were near closing and I had just finished with urgent care and they still said "we will have your medicine ready and waiting". I wouldn't go to a different one after this. I would have spread the good news sooner l, but I just got better lol.

I have been a resident of Burbank for over 40 years. In that period of time I have come to rely on prescriptions. I have been so grateful to have Jay Scott Drugs in our neighborhood. I shop there for other items but when it comes to getting my prescriptions, they really take care of me. I have had occasion to need the approval of the doctor and the employees are eager and willing to help me. I am speaking specifically of Maria and Eddie. Eddie either calls my doctor or makes sure someone does. Maria is always smiling and searching for my order when I enter. Everyone working there is willing and eager to help. I have shopped at other places but Jay Scott, Burbank is my preference to all others.
