I can't believe it's taken me so long to write this review, because Savon is a go-to for me. I bought a fridge here for my first apartment, and Marsha educated us on why modern fridges are so terrible. Marsha is really the best, because she's the type of person where you can tell she's not BSing you. Years later, I bought another fridge here - not because the first fridge died, but because I moved out. That first fridge is still going strong 8+ years later with my roommate and I still have the replacement fridge 5 years in! We also bought a stackable washer/dryer from Savon, and then sold it back to them when we moved. Most recently, the washer at our new home started leaking as soon as we moved in, so we replaced it with another workhorse from Savon. Eventually we may switch over to more modern appliances, but in the meantime Marsha and Savon have been lifesavers for helping us save money and keeping these appliances out of the landfill.

Two refrigerators in 5 years. Both started having issues almost immediately. The first one died after 3 yrs. The second one started leaking water within a couple of months. Disappointed to say the least. I should have just bought a brand new from the start. Lesson learned.

I seldom provide reviews, but on this occasion, I visited seeking a used refrigerator due to concerns about my current one. Marsha's candor was commendable; she straightforwardly informed me that a new refrigerator wasn't necessary as long as the freezer remained functional. She advised resetting and clearing the vents instead. If anybody needs a used and fairly priced fridge, I highly recommend getting yours from Marsha at Savon Appliances.

This is the place for vintage stoves, these people are experts and incredibly devoted. Also, so helpful. They undercharge, not kidding.

Not only did Marsha find us the most beautiful butter yellow fridge I've ever laid eyes on, but Sav-On came and serviced it today for a very fair price--nearly 8 months after purchase!!!

My parents' 2000 Kenmore top-loading washing machine broke down and "Savon Appliances" saved the day. After consulting with Marsha, George and Edgar picked up the machine on 1/5/2024, Marsha called on Saturday 1/6/2024 with the estimate and George and Edgar dropped off/set up the machine on 1/8/2024...the repair cost was very reasonable as I was assured our 20-year old Kenmore was worth repairing. In the past "Savon Appliances" has also assisted us with our dryer repair as well. Honest and straight-shooting assessments is what I appreciate; saves time!! Thank you "Savon Appliances" for always being there~

Marsha is great. She was super helpful to solve my issues with my oven not lighting and one of my burners. She could easily have sent someone out and collected a fee for the help, but provided step-by-step guidance over the phone. Savon also did a great job restoring the stove soon after we acquired it.

I’ve been shopping here for years. The industry uses them for the vintage refrigerators, stoves. If you want something classic and vintage this is the place. I needed a black regular four burner stove, gas with an oven. And there it was an I bought it and they’re delivering it. I was in and out in five minutes except for looking at all these classic ovens. Great prices. And like I said they deliver. Great service nice people always.

I highly recommend Savon Appliance in Burbank. I called them at the recommendation of my plumber because there was gas odor coming from my old O'Keefe & Merritt stove. The Gas Co turned off the gas to the stove and Savon Appliance came within a few hours at the end of the day and replaced the the piece that caused the problem. The technician also helped clean the stove as he took it apart and put it back together to fix the problem. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and so nice. I will use them again if I have any problems with appliances.

This business was recommended to me by a mom's group located in Burbank when I was scammed after buying a used dryer on Facebook Marketplace. The Facebook dryer I purchased was $200 and worked a few times, then stopped. Savon Appliance sent a kind repairman to my home, who discovered a ton of lint in the dryer. Essentially, I could've burnt our house to the ground if he had rent repaired the dryer properly. The price is right, they also have a ton of inventory. When I ended up moving to Hollywood this month, Marsha guided me in finding the right measurements to add a used fridge to my new place for a good price. Delivery and installation was included in the already wonderful price. Because my new apartment building is a little quirky, the delivery men had to take apart the fridge and put it back together just to fit it through the door, so I made sure to tip them. Their problem solving, timely manner, response, and quality work/products make them the #1 place I'd go to for appliances and repair anywhere in LA.

Reliable service and advice with no pressure to buy. They repair appliances too. We only buy used appliances and we only buy from SavOn. We've been shopping there for years. Marsha is the best!
