We got rear-ended and wanted a Kia certified body shop. Regal came up on a Google search and they were nothing but kind, super communicative and the repairs honestly look like the car is brand new! Hayk / Mike are awesome and were e-mailing about the status of the vehicle all along the way.Thank you all!

Incredible service! Vahé and the team fixed my bumper quickly, for a great price, and they were super communicative. They also washed my car before I picked it up. I'm recommending Regal Repair to all my friends.

One of the best mechanic shops in town. I personally take my vehicles to them for all kinds of services. You have a vehicle issue they'll fix it all. We even take our company vehicles to them. They're caught a reasonable and they have the best customer service.

Had a fender bender. The North Hollywood location made my fiat look brand new! I was so pleased I signed up for more services! They also ceramic-tinted the windows (it's noticeably at least 10 degrees cooler on hot days - no more burning my legs on the leather after it's been sitting in the sun!) They also did a fantastic wrap job (everyone has thought it was painted) and worked with me on the price of it all. Great quality. Very Professional. Quick turnaround. Good vibe and a great deal. It's like I took home a new car and it's so much more fun to drive now! Victoria at the service desk took great care of me as well. Take your vehicles there! You will be so pleased with the results :)

Brought in my model 3 which had a matte ppf wrap. Rear quarter panel and passenger door had swipe mark ruining the ppf. Damage included dents and paint damage. They took care of working through the claim and readjusted/fixed up the door and panel. They even provided the wrap service which basically made my car look new again. So grateful to them! My car basically looks fresh again. They're also very responsive and thorough with their work which allowed me a great ease of mind.

Alex and team at Regal Repair did a great job with my Model Y's front bumper. they completed the job earlier than I expected, and right at the lower estimated cost. Plus they washed the car before I picked it up. Thank you for the great experience

I had an unfortunate incident where the girl parked next to me in a parking lot got into her car on a super windy day and the wind forced her door into my car when she opened it. Sure enough it dented the side pretty good. She was very apologetic and I knew it wasn't really her fault so I decided to take it to a repair shop to get an estimate and see if we could work something out. Regal repair had amazing reviews and was not far from where I live. I requested a quote and got a reply within 10 minutes. They asked me to come down so they could look a little closer at the damage and offered a PDR (paint less dent repair) to make it more affordable (~$100). I was able to bring in my car the next morning since I had to head to work that day. Everyone at the shop was very attentive and ready as soon as I drove up. After a couple hours, Hayk informed me that the guy was unable to 100% fix the damage and that it would be no charge. You can tell this shop stands behind their work and since he was not pleased with a perfect result, he did not feel right charging me. I asked if he was sure and offered to at least tip the guy for his hard work! He refused and said he will pay him and not to worry about it. Even though it is not perfect, they did an amazing job! I barely notice it and I know it was a tough area to work on since the dent sat on a cornered edge. I was also cutting it close to work since I have a pretty big commute and only have availability from 8-10am and they offered to let me borrow a car and just return it when I pick up my vehicle if it went past the time I needed to leave, they also offered me a ride anywhere I needed to go during the appointment which was very generous and kind. I told him I would come back for my future repairs because I appreciate the work ethic, kindness and honesty of his shop. Highly recommend!!

I do not usually write reviews. In this case, like all the other clients of Regal Repair, I had to take the time to give Hayk and his team five stars for service and repairs on every level. From the initial contact and immediate response to the fast and efficient estimate and repairs, it could not have been a more pleasant experience. Let's face it, when you have an incident that was not your fault, ANY time taken to have to do repairs is annoying and takes away from important other tasks you can be doing. But Hayk made it so easy and hassle-free that I had to admit I was not annoyed at all but rather felt that I had made a new friend. How often does that happen when you have a car repair? I will recommend to all friends and family and readers of Yelp and beyond to not hesitate to bring your car or truck to Regal Repairs for an unexpectedly excellent service experience.

This review is for the new north Hollywood shop. (I couldn't find it on here) this place is the epitome of customer service. More specifically Alex is the most customer friendly person that will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. In a line of work that usually takes advantage of you, it is so amazing to have someone that is the opposite. Thanks again Alex!

These guys are good! Dealt with Ike who from the moment I drove up to the parking lot he came out to greet me and took my estimate right away. They did a great job in fixing my bumper, left fender & headlight and passenger door panel all in a week. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside. In addition, when the car was ready I was about to call uber but called Ike first to see if he can pick me up since I live close to their shop and he said no problem. Their service all around was perfect with no delays. I recommend Regal Auto Repair and see Ike!
