Boyfriend was trying on shoes and we got skipped in line and ignored while sitting there waiting for another size. Terrible customer service. There were 2 employees and just us and one other customer in store. Drove all this way excited to get a pair of red wings.

I came in on 10/04/25 in the morning and the two guys working here were great and very helpful. I got a new pair of boots and I am very pleased with my purchase. They felt and look great.

Only a few customers at the time of walking in. Zack was in the back grabbing boots, taking care of another customer. Came up to me after I sat down and he was able to help me with a voucher. I picked out a boot and he helped me through the process of scanning and analyzing my feet and my stride. Picked out the perfect sized pair on the first try. Zack is professional and provided great customer service, was efficiently helping about 2 other customers at the same time.

I bought a pair of boots. And they were a little too snug and I was able to bring them back and get a whole new pair of boots. That fit me perfect and I love these boots

Had an issue with my boots that I just bought, and the manager (wish I got his name), was awesome. He had some reservations about issuing me a new pair of boots for a defect, but also was totally understanding of my situation as a customer. Seemed to me like he had the well-being of the company in mind, while also having the well-being of the customer in mind. Awesome guy and awesome company. Four redwing boots in, and I’ll keep buying. (Also the sales associate working at the time was incredible!)

Didn't buy any shoes because they are pricey, but the service is old school in a great way. They really push in to help find the perfect pair. be ready to drop over 200 easy.
