I bought a pair of boots. And they were a little too snug and I was able to bring them back and get a whole new pair of boots. That fit me perfect and I love these boots

Had an issue with my boots that I just bought, and the manager (wish I got his name), was awesome. He had some reservations about issuing me a new pair of boots for a defect, but also was totally understanding of my situation as a customer. Seemed to me like he had the well-being of the company in mind, while also having the well-being of the customer in mind. Awesome guy and awesome company. Four redwing boots in, and I’ll keep buying. (Also the sales associate working at the time was incredible!)

Salesman was legit. I tried different sizes and boots, and insoles. I left with the perfect pair of work boots. Looking forward to getting more boots in the future.

Came to this location to buy a pair of iron rangers. The young lady working used their computer aided shoe sizer and told me I am a size 9.5 (been wearing size 11 tennis shoes my whole adult life) I gave her my trust and decided on a pair. As I tried them on they made a squeaking noise and she explained to me they were defective and she couldn't sell them to me and she would order a brand new pair from the distribution center, I agreed. 2 days later I received a pair of shoes that was shipped from their store in Burbank. The shoes (and box) were obviously worn or tried on to the extent of significant wear. I decided to take the boots to the Pasadena location (as instructed to me by their corporate office) At this location the manager of the store resized my feet (confirming my size 11 shoe) and exchanged the boots for a brand new pair and correct size. I love the boots however because of this terrible experience I will never by another pair of red wing boots or recommend them to anyone. Lies and deceit are a terrible business practice.

I just went into the redwing store in Burbank,Ca looking to get my redwing 411 tough toe'd and clean and condition. Only to get very disappointed with the individual behind the desk. First of all he wasn't tryen to help me and just kind of tried to brush me off out of the store telling me that it would take about 4 days to make that happen which is unbelievable usually it takes about two days, he then proceeded to tell me to just head over there they will help you I can't so I asked him if he can call he said NO! I can't do that for you .. this is the first time I've experienced such blunt not caring, disrespectful behavior this will be the last time I ever come into this store and spend my hard earned money and best believe I will let my Co workers know not to bring their business here to take it to Grenada Hills instead

Worst warentee I've ever experienced with the most expensive work boots I've ever bought in 40 years buying boots. I bought their most expensive work boot costing 400.00 in 9 weeks of light use the soles started to peal. The store rep Chris told me these soles only last 3 months. Even though it's been less that 3 months, they refused to warentee the defect Dont buy...buy Thurgood at work boot warehouse for 150 dollars less

Was initially very busy but they caught my attention and made sure they saw me and would help me. Chris (the one who helped me) was helping another customer and was very knowledgeable and was unbothered by all the questions he was given. Had every intention to make sure the customer felt good about their purchase and even though they didn't end up buying anything I was convinced I was going end up leaving with something I going to be happy with. He helped me quickly narrow down my choices and didn't try to upsell on the boots when I narrowed it to two. He did manage to get me to try on foot supports which I was something I always avoided but because he was so convincing I tried it out. Plus with the money I saved by not buying the more expensive boot, I ended up trying and buying them. His co worker (who also tried to help besides her also being so busy. I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name) mentioned my discount when I said I worked at UPS so that was so nice of her to mention. In the end this is the first time I felt so good spending 250 on boots haha.
