I didn’t want to leave this type of review because I love Ralph’s. One of the main stores I go to for my groceries. However, this specific location rubbed me the wrong way today. My first time there with my daughters. We were in the area and I was trying to get home to charge the car I was driving so this store was on the way. We did self checkout and an older guy with white hair watch ONLY us like a hawk! Literally!!!!! There were other people in self checkout as well checking their groceries…..and he literally stood in bird’s eye view of US. He stayed and watched us checkout each item. Then my daughter had me pay for the last 4 items she had, when I pulled out my credit card, he (the guy) came behind me stood so close to me over my shoulder to watch me punch my numbers in and make sure it went through I guess??? Not exactly sure what his deal was. Very mean looking, unpleasant disposition, he could see that I wasn’t happy about it when we left. I felt so uncomfortable!!! I get that people have been stealing from stores but we are NOT those people!!! And WHY was he only watching US!!??? Just weird and definitely a very unpleasant shopping experience!!!! Will not be back. SMH!

I shop here almost every Friday. But that's going to stop if the panhandlers don't let up. A girl raising money for her school blocked me at the exit while a guy (who's been there every Friday for almost a month) across the parking lot was yelling at me for spare change. Stressed me tf out. ?

Good deals but make sure Miguel isn't working self checkout because he'll avoid you in an effort to discourage you from using manufacturer's coupons. Took off two stars for the two coupons he hassled me about while my frozen food was thawing in the bagging area.

Why is there bad customer with horrible attitude service in the self check out? Don't tell me how to scan the cashier the Mr with the white hair when i don't need any help he came to me with bad tone. i am not gonna go anymore to that location.

This is for the bakery and Rebecca who helped me! I have to say Rebecca went above and beyond to make my daughter’s Bluey cake so special. They didn’t have the Bluey characters but she had her husband go and get them just so she could make my cake. She went out of her way to make this cake for her and I’m thankful. We should have more Rebecca’s in customer service. Thank you Rebecca!

Idk.. A lady called Vtasha watasha idk... I couldnt read it clearly, she had a big aditudez she kept pushing things over the conveyer belt, squishing them together and making our sodas clink annd spin....she had a snotty look on her face. Just because she doesnt liker her 5-1 hour job

Great store and employees. Aisles are nice and products not misplaced in different aisles like the Buena Vista and victory store as it seems it's done intentionally by the go back employees who just toss products at wrong aisles as even seen perishable products hidden in shelves of wrong aisle but not with this store. No complaints about this store and there even hip to if there's excess customers they will open a checkstand.

I’m leaving this review because I know upper management and corporate read these reviews…..And it was important for me to leave this review because I just felt like they should not be able to get away with this….. I believe Jessica is an immature bully who thinks she can treat people the way she wants without repercussions…I was hired to work at this store a couple of months ago…. I worked very hard at my job, even with my disabilities…. Even though it was previously discussed when I was hired about what shifts I would potentially be working….. one of my managers ( Jessica ) went against what we had previously discussed…. In an effort to find a solution and keep my job I thought I would try to transfer stores…. Nothing personal she just made it seem like my availability didn’t work for her…. For whatever reason when I inquired about transferring to the other store, the other manager told my store managers, and Jessica was quite offended, even texting me why I was being sneaky and doing things behind her back…. Which to me was a very odd response when all I was trying to do is find a solution that meant I could keep my job…. And from there I felt as though I was being retaliated against….I received a lot of hostility and cold shoulder ….She no longer wanted to help me with anything, even despite making such a big deal about her being my point of contact …. She flat out ignored me on many occasions where I would text her …. She no longer was trying to help me move up from courtesy clerk to combo to cashier…. She made claims of “working with my availability” but would schedule me at outrageous times back to back (no other courtesy clerk worked the schedule I worked..I was pretty much the only clerk to be scheduled to work multiple 7-9 hour shifts back to back ) and then from there just removed me from the schedule completely… then my final straw was when I had a very serious family emergency and yet again, she still chose to ignore me…. And she couldn’t even do me the courtesy of telling me she was going to let me go….One thing I have learned in my short time of employment here is that they have a very high turnover rate….. I’ve been told by multiple employees that most people don’t last very long…. And they didn’t expect me to last very long either because unless you’re one of their favorites, they don’t keep you around… and I guess advocating for yourself, and not allowing them to walk all over you doesn’t work for them…... I’m tired of big corporations that have people like this that work for them getting away with stuff like this, so I think it’s time to speak up… treating people like they don’t matter is never OK in any situation, especially when they work hard to make you money….. and it was very clear to me that Jessica only likes employees that she can otherwise take advantage of…. (Why do you think she hired so many young people? ) And to be quite honest, that doesn’t sit very well with me…. And I don’t think this is somewhere that I would even want to be employed…. So while many people may enjoy shopping here, there’s a lot you guys don’t see behind closed doors….. and trust me the employees talk…. I could probably tell you so much more but these are not my experiences to share so I won’t….. it does kind of suck that this is how things ended…. Because I had very many regulars in my short amount of time here that adored me and I adored them right back…. You’re going to miss having an employee that genuinely cared for your customers and went above and beyond for them every time….. but on the bright side, this gives me the opportunity to jump back into what I’m passionate about.. which, oddly enough is reviewing businesses on social media…. Can you believe my last video got 1 million views? So I’m going to try to turn this into a positive and focus back on the things that make me happy instead of working for spiteful, greedy corporations….. 0/10 would not recommend working here….. and hearing how they talk about customers behind their backs, I wouldn’t wanna shop here either…. Best of luck to you all ?
