This is the first dealer I’ve ended up at that didn’t try and charge me any additional fees. No gps, no coatings, straight up place. John was great and they have an awesome lineup of cars. Highly recommend and appreciate the way they do business.

Sold me a very clean 2015 BMW M4. It was very hard to find the color combo, condition and low miles. Also no accidents on carfax. Very happy with my purchase and John was very kind and accommodating to me.

We want to sell the car. Stop by, the representative told he wants to inspect the car (we had the car inspected at carfax with no issues). The person told the car has been in front accident and the fender is painted. I told no paint job was done at all and I can provide carfax report and the checkpoints. He insisted that the car fender is painted!!! Very dishonest and terrible experience, we asked him to cancel the inspection and left the dealership.

I found a car online, went to Radical Auto to see the car in person and it was exactly as advertised, with a great price. The salesman Eddie was extremely knowledgeable, patient and very personable. In discussing the vehicle, the price was exactly as stated and they gave us what we wanted for the trade in. My experience was 10/10 and I will definitely be buying from them in the future. Can't recommend them enough!

Man, Eddie is beyond amazing. I had my 2010 S550 totaled out by my insurance company (that's another story). So, I was hoping to replace it with another S550 because I love that body style and the performance. However, during my search I ran across an ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL 2009 S63. We had plans on stopping by to see it on our way from Vegas the day after Christmas. Well, we got caught in traffic and was unable to make it to the lot as we promised Eddie. But, we came down the next day to only find out that he has ALREADY MOVED THE CAR OUT FOR US TO TEST DRIVE IT!!! We were total strangers from a phone call and he was already committed. Well, when we got there THE CAR WAS FLAWLESS!!! Really!!! I've seen dozens of these cars advertised as gems, and once you see them in person it's a big disappointment. Well, this S63 actually looked BETTER IN PERSON. we didn't haggle over price and were literally outta the dealership in about 1 hour (that includes a run to chase to get the check). Eddie had ALL the paperwork ready to got and it was 100% effortless). I'm a firm believer that when you buy a car you also buy the dealership. I'm extremely happy with my car as well as Eddie. He's a great representative for Radical....looking to purchase my RR Ghost from him in a few years for my 60th birthday. Thanks Eddie...YOU RICK BROTHER!!! Rev. Dr. Carthel Towns

Let me preface this buying saying that the actual car buying experience was really fast and everyone was very friendly. With that being said when I bought the car, I asked if the car was up-to-date on service and was told that it 'should be'. Also, when I asked if the car had a second key, the question was basically dismissed by saying that they were going to check until the end of the process I was told that there was no second key. Lastly and most importantly, this car was probably the worse car I've ever bought. I've had it for only a year but have been constantly in and out of auto shops for repairs since the 3rd day I got the car. I immediately brought the car to their shop to get repairs and was constantly told to 'call back in 1 or 2 weeks' because they were so swamped until I was finally able to come it and was told that the warranty was up and I would be fully responsible for the cost (over $1000) even thought It was evident that this was an issue before I bought the car. Since then I have had nothing but issues with the car (electrical issues, needing constant inspections, needed new windshield wipers, constantly having to replace coolant, etc). I wasn't going to post this review because I typically don't like to post negative reviews but the last straw was last week when ANOTHER issue popped up. One that I thought I had just taken care of a month prior. Ultimately, I personally will not be back but if you choose to buy from here, you will have a quick buying experience but I would stress that your potential car has a full inspection prior to finishing the deal.

I bought my first car here. the vehicle was advertised lower than the sale price on the final paperwork. They increased the price on the paperwork without disclosing this to me and then rushed me to sign the contract. The vehicle had many repairs when it was sold to me. I had to repair/replace the brakes, battery, tires, glove box assembly, and wheel bearing! This business lacks ethics and shouldn't be trusted.

Purchased a beautiful Mustang from Eddie my guy kept everything smooth, he even allowed my to lounge in Jennifer Lopez old Bentley. Definitely my go to spot.
