George and Robert are the two brothers that run this dealership. They make me feel like I’m the third brother. I bought my F-Type V8S from George, who was very nice, made the process extremely quick and easy, and there were ZERO EXTRA FEES OR ADD ONS. No other dealership in the world would do that for a client.
Robert was also so extremely responsive and generous. Anytime I texted him, I would get a response within a minute. Anything I needed regarding my car, he would help me, very generously. He has done me many favors as if we were brothers but I met him for the first time when I purchased my car.
I am so happy I’m local to Radical Auto because I will never purchase a car anywhere else! Thank you George and Thank you Robert!

I almost never write reviews, but felt compelled to add one here in case anyone reads these and is wondering if Radical Auto is worth using or not. My experience may have been specific to my dealer, Kenia, but if the rest of her team is anything like her, you're in truly good hands.
Kenia was kind, approachable, available, and communicative throughout every step of the buying process. I purchased my car blindly and had it shipped from the dealership, so trust was paramount, and she couldn't have been more trustworthy. I would recommend Radical Auto (especially Kenia) to any of my friends if they were looking to buy a car with an honest and dependable company. Thanks again, Kenia.

Kenia and George were great to work with. Purchased our new to us Jeep sight unseen. George walked us through the process at time of pick up and made the process simple and easy. They went the extra mile to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the car before driving off the lot. Highly recommend Radical Auto.

The best experience buying a used car. Kenia was very helpful, doesnt get any better, highly recomended, drove more than an hour to pick up vehicle, i was in and out. Loved it.

We found our vehicle online from Radical Auto, and Kenia did everything she could to make our experience a good one. We drove 4.5 hours to look at the car and test drive it. It was exactly what we had been looking for! The process was so smooth, and Kenia was the best to work with. This is a trustworthy company, and we would do business with them again. They're very disorganized with paperwork but very quick to take your money. Very clueless with how things are supposed to be done when financing through Navy Federal. They sent me the title rather than listing Navy Fed as the lein holder. What a disgusting dealership to work with.

5-6 years ago I purchased BMW from the Radical Auto location. Great car - no real issues to speak off. Easy transaction, very straightforward, no pressure. A couple of weeks ago I went to the Radical Auto Deals location, met John, and used the BMW as a trade towards another vehicle. Again, very straightforward, no pressure, and an easy transaction. In fact, there was a pea sized crack on the windshield of the vehicle I purchased, John said he'd take care of it and sure enough, someone showed up at my home the following day and replaced the windshield. They have beautiful, well maintained cars and there's no pressure or shitty sales tactics. And when the time comes for another vehicle, I'll be back again. I highly recommend.

I had been on a search for a used Mercedes CLS 550. I had checked out a few at various places where there had been either an issue with the car itself or the sales people (one dealership didn't want to take me to see the car at their other location unless I was committed to buying the car that day on the spot). As my search continued I found Radical Auto and a couple of other dealers in the same geographic area that had a 2014 CLS 550. I read reviews on all and found a common practice, according to the reviews, that the car price would end up being several thousand more than the advertised price due to the devious practice of the dealer mandatory installation of tracking devices, window etching, etc. I didn't see any of these complaints for Radical Auto so I figured I would give them a shot first ..... and I am glad I did. Eddy was awesome. It started by me calling the dealership Saturday night but I got the answering service so I hung up. Eddy called me back within a few minutes and I set up a time to see the car on Sunday. He was super knowledgeable about the car and straight up about the pricing. The car was about $1,500 more than some of the others on my radar but there was good reason. Brand new it had $15k in options. The other cars I was looking at had some of the options but weren't loaded like this one. Eddy also did an excellent job in coaching me on financing. I actually got a deal so good , both him and I were surprised how low the interest rate was. Furthermore, I was interested in an extended warranty and Eddy was great and reviewing all of the options. I would definitely recommend Radical Auto to my friends and family.

I needed to trade my BMW in and I wanted a Benz to replace it. Eddie helped me so much with pricing and finding a car that I really wanted. Thank you guys at radical auto so much! My car is so clean and amazing. It runs really good. I literally have no complaints and will definitely be coming back and referring friends and family!
