This review is for Dr. Roger Lai. I am chronically I'll and unfortunately have to go to the ER often. Dr. Lai treated me with kindness and respect as he asked important questions about my health. It was the best ER experience I've ever had.

I've had an amazing experience as a patiemt in ER. The whole team, who were working at night, like angels. Fast, top pro, very human and compassionate. I know what I'm saying cause I've got a lot of bad experience before. And these team - they are rock stars. Thank you so much!!
