Please don't go to this location unless you want to be bled for every dime they can figure out how to get out of you. Seriously, it's infuriating. I have been a customer of Premier Workspaces in Burbank since 2009. I have had two small offices and a virtual plan. Prior managers, Mark and Sally, were great. They were real partners and did anything they could do to assist my small business. New management came in, and the first order of business was to "audit" all leases/contracts. It was determined that I was receiving phone services that I wasn't paying for. My contract had stayed the same for years, and I had received the same services for years. My monthly invoice went up $99. Nothing changed, except I needed to pay an additional $99. I didn't receive any additional services. I recently moved. I can no longer use an office in Burbank. I'm now on a virtual plan. It took six weeks for them to get my phone working. This is the primary phone number for my business. They gave me a credit of a paltry $80. Premier holds deposits for 60 days after you move out. My office was approximately 75 square feet. What takes 60 days? They owed me $812. I didn't realize it, but they charged a $200 cleaning fee on a 75-square-foot office. That's a lot for such a small space! I just received the second portion of my deposit today, September 8th. I left my office on June 30th. I paid my virtual plan rent/fees on September 5th. With the paltry $80 credit above, I only owed $95. I had gone away for the weekend and forgotten to pay the rent. Rent is due on the first, and you have until the third to pay it. Weekends and holidays don't matter. Today, I received a late fee of $50. The late fee on $95 is $50! I love the location and facility. I was there for almost 15 years. The previous management, Mark Walter and Sally Carillo, were fantastic! Things have changed. Please don't go to this location unless you want to be bled for every dime they can figure out how to get out of you. Seriously, it's infuriating. I do have to call out Ron. He's been amazing and helped me access my mail without additional fees. He's allowed me to pick up my mail after hours. I'm sure management will now put an end to it!

This is my first experience with renting an office space. Regis and Premier Workspaces were the options I looked at. Overall, Premier Workspaces's Regional Manager, Shawnee, who directed me to her other managed location across from John Wayne Airport and met with Nima were both very friendly and professional. The last Premier Workspace locations I looked at was off Von Karman and Barranca with Emily M. Emily was also extremely friendly and professional. She was transparent and communicated with me of the units that would work best for my professional entity 's needs and showed me a handful of private office spaces. She was able to meet all my professional entity's accommodations and my OCD of certain things. All in all, my final decision of going with Emily M., her Barranca location's administrative staff, Jennifer & Elaine, the office space itself, location of office space in a great area, feel, security, responsiveness, thoughtfulness and their beautiful souls is the best money investment and sanity investment ever spent. I will absolutely stay with Emily M. at Premier Workspaces for as long as I can. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thank you Emily M.!!! It is honestly a blessing that our paths have crossed and we can work alongside each other! Thank you Shawnee!!! Another blessing and my 1972 buddy! Thank you Nima!!! Another blessing to have met you and for all your help! ~~~~~~~~~~~~ If you or a friend are wondering or actively looking for an office space with an amazing environment and amazing service, you won't be disappointed with anyone at Premier Workspaces. However, with Emily M., you just have to meet her and you will understand why!

I have had two offices in this suite for several years. Customer service is excellent. The manager (Sally), and the staff (Rachel and Jean) are very professional, responsive, and caring. They go out of their way to accommodate us and our clients. The building is a Class A building. It is well maintained, and has 24 hour security. The Fifth Floor is well maintained, and constantly updated. All in all, its a clean, safe, pleasant, and professional workspace.

Premier Business Center is ideal for private or small businesses. Our company started off with just one employee so the space offered was adequate for what we needed, as they range from 1-4 people offices. Now that our company is growing, we were kindly offered a larger room to meet our needs, which is also ideal as we can save hundreds of dollars on a move. Once our lease was up we were able to extend our contract for a few more months as we wait for the new office to become available. The 5th floor receptionist are also very sweet and accommodating towards all the tenants' needs. The building is also very secure as there is a main floor security who checks in all guests, and all floors need key card access for entry. The parking garage is also an option for all tenants so you can safely park your vehicles. There is coffee available every morning for all tenants on the floor and breakfast offered every Friday as well. In regards to lunch there is a fridge if you prefer to bring your own food from home. However, there is a plethora of options if you don't, as there are vending machines, and now a Whole Foods, Poquito Mas, and a Chick-Fil- A being built very close by. I would definitely recommend this space to any company looking for an office suite in the heart of Burbank. It also has easy access to get to the 5, 134, 101, and 170 freeways.

The offices are bright and clean, with lots of natural light and great views of Burbank. There is a complimentary breakfast every Friday morning in the kitchen! The receptionists are super friendly, as well as the front door man in the lobby.
