We really liked the hotel, it has a good location, it is clean, the beds are comfortable, as is the sofa, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is very extensive, but you do have to open the refrigerator to find the egg and sausage muffins.Yes I recommend it!!Rooms: Clean and comfortable bedsNearby activities: Close to Dodger Stadium and Universal and at a good priceSafety: It is a quiet neighborhood and we feel safeFood & drinks: Breakfast is coarse, there are egg and sausage or egg and ham muffins, as well as Beagels, fruit, cereal, yogurt...Noteworthy details: The personnel is very friendlyThe restaurant that is there no longer provides service but it is the location of several series and movies. If you ask, they will open the place for you to take photos and get to know it.

The overall room was nice clean. Liked that it had a mini fridge and microwave. Desk to eat at. Small sofa/chair to relax on as well. Property itself was clean as well. Only complaint is the shower head is old in the shower. Water wasn't coming out properly. Change the shower heads to newer ones and that's it. Other than that no complaints at all. The Hispanic guy in the morning was very nice and friendly. I wish I got his name. Short Curly hair I think. But the night time guy long hair glasses think his name was Mike cause I asked someone so I could specifically write this review of how rude and bothered he was that I asked a simple question. I simply asked if there will be parking once I returned. Because they were filming the following day and very little spots available so I just wanted to be sure. As I walked in he was on his laptop. So I'm assuming I bothered him from whatever he was doing was so important. His response was uh probably. I kept my cool. Like really that's how your going to respond. I didn't say that I thought it. I'm like well there's only two spots left available so I wanted to make sure. Then he goes uh yeah there filming. In a bothered voice. I'm like I know that. But they aren't filming right now. It was 8:45pm the night before they were even filming. He's like there will be parking tomorrow. I said I'm not asking about tomorrow. I'm asking about today. His favorite word was uhh. He didn't wanna answer my questions. So to give me a hint to F off was him saying uh like are you done. I left it at that. I didn't respond to his rudeness. Didn't wanna escalate the situation or anything. So I just left it like that walked out. Like why is this guy even working here. He should not be in customer service. So I just let the morning guy know about the situation. And 100% let it be known on this review. And mike left the following day at 9pm. Cause thats the time I left. He went on a late night stroll with I'm assuming his gf. They turned left and were atleast half way to the light after I passed them. That's a far way away from his actual job he's supposed to be at. Only reason I know I turned back around because I wasn't sure if I shut my door correctly to my room. So that's how I seen them leave and saw how far they were from the property. Only complaint don't bother Mike as he's on his laptop then he'll be annoyed and bothered by you bothering him ?♂️.Rooms: Room was clean and nice felt clean as well.

We had a decent stay for two nights. The room was clean, and nothing made us feel it was dirty or cleaned poorly. It was bigger than others we've stayed at, so we didn't feel cramped. Had a good view of our car in the lot, and seeing all the security cameras, plus the screen in the lobby showing them all, made us feel a little bit safer. There were some negatives. The A/C machine was a bit noisy. Water pressure from the sink was very high, having to slowly turn it on or risk splashing, which our kids were not good at doing. TV remote barely works, having to hit the same button multiple times to get it to work, some buttons never worked. Maybe bad batteries or bad remote? Noise from the street wasn't too bad, except an ambulance just once luckily. I don't know if it was a homeless person or someone else staying the night, but at 1am someone was banging against metal with what sounded like a metal bat, and shouting something. I checked through the window but never saw anyone. Just made us nervous for a bit. The breakfast has good selection of cereal, microwavable breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, and other minor things. Although they ran out of hot chocolate after a guy filled his tumbler with 3 packets and his kids too. So our kids were disappointed when they didn't have anymore. I think personal tumblers shouldn't be allowed, and stick to one of the provided cups. Parking is free and just a 10 minute drive from universal studios. We would consider staying again.

This place COMPLETELY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! I mean it looks great online, but it is so much better than I had expected. First of all the place is amazing, in a very nice, safe area, with plenty of places to grab food and things to do. Everything is brand new. The room was great, the bed was great, the pillows were great, the water pressure in the shower was incredible!! They had a fridge, a microwave, great wifi, and they actually had Showtime on the huge plasma TV. But the breakfast was REALLY GREAT!! Everything was so clean and such an amazing selection a nice area to sit and eat it! But the best thing was the staff, so nice and helpful!! The staff was very I visit to Burbank every few months and I will definitely be back!!!

Excellent cost quality. Highly recommended, 15 minutes from Universal Studios. Breakfast: coffee, juice, cereal, fruit, sandwiches and a little more.

Very good hotel for the price it charges, close to the Universal park, close to restaurants and a 7-eleven.The room is spacious, clean and has a microwave and minibar.At reception they have coffee and juice, as well as serving a decent breakfast.They do not charge to receive orders.

Kinda gross rooms. You could tell it was a poorly remodeled shady motel. But great location, decent price, and lovely staff. The breakfast options were plenty, especially for a la carte.
