These good reviews were probably paid for.Everyone here is not so helpful, especially the woman that first answers the phone. They say they will call you back and never do. You can’t make an appointment. It’s crazy during tax season, so it’s best to come In early and even then, you have to make sure that the person who does the taxes is there. If they are not, they send you away.It’s a whole mess or disorganized people. Office does not always open on time.

This place has changed so much in the last two years. Ever since the one of the previous Tax person left, it's changed. Everyone here is not so helpful, especially the woman that first answers the phone. They say they will call you back and never do. You can't make an appointment.
