Went here to return some packages from Amazon & they gave me great experience & service. The owner helped me save $600 because the shipper hadn't sent me the return labels. They printed it for me & showed me how to request it from sender.

Went here to drop off a package for FedEx. Older gentleman was not friendly and just motioned for me to leave it on the counter. I asked for a receipt and he told he if I want a receipt I'll have to go directly to a FedEx store. I knew this was not true but he refused to give a receipt and I was not going to leave my package without something indicating that they had taken possession of the package. I left and went to Office Depot down the street. They took the package and provided a receipt with a tracking #. Office Depot is obviously not. FedEx store. Again, this business was rude and perhaps a bit shady. Proceed with caution.

I've been using their services for 15 years. They've notarized real-estate documents, immigration docs, estate docs. I would've been lost without them. They also charge half the price of UPS's notary service!

The worst customer service. I was first in line when another customer enters and the employee helps the second person first. It should not matter what service a person is getting. First come, first served. Horrible experience! I asked the employee why and they said " well they will take a shorter time". Please go to another place!!!

This place is great. I went there today to get something taken care of and the woman assisting me was extremely fast, helpful and the price was definitely right. It was clean and organized unlike many other packing/shipping stores which I think can be a whole lot more chaotic and make you think "is my package going to get where it's going"? This place is doing it right.
