This is the second car we purchased from Arthur Arakelyan. We drove back from Nevada to Burbank because we had such a great purchasing experience dealing with him three years ago. Although we now live out of State, Arthur was willing and able to deal with absolutely everything. He handled the entire transaction over the phone and had the car ready for us when we drove back. There were no surprises and we were able to sign papers and take possession of the new car, hand over the trade in and be back on the road in under an hour. The professional and efficient manner of Arthur and Vahe is second to none. The dealership is clean and welcoming and it was once again a very pleasant experience! We felt it was well worth the drive from Nevada to Ca. In order to feel comfortable and extremely happy.
Arthur took the time to explain every step of the process effectively and professionally and in such a positive and friendly manner. We would definitely recommend this dealership and without hesitation! Thank you Arthur for making us feel special and appreciated and thank you to Vahe as well. You gentlemen are a pleasure to deal with and we’ll be back in the future for sure!

Received top notch service from Sam. This is the second time I purchased a car from him and I am so happy with my experience again. Everything was so quick and Sam was very responsive from the beginning. Sam helped me get the exact car I wanted which was a challenging in the beginning since there weren't many in stock, but he made it happen somehow and I'm grateful. Thank you Sam!

This place is AMAZING!! I worked with Sam and he made everything so EASY. I was able to do everything I needed so I could literally pull up, sign papers, and drive away. He not only got me a great deal, he also helped me sell my car so I was able to just pull up, swap, and go. I've never worked with a brokerage but I now will never NOT work with one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for any car business!!

After many car deals I've done with Vahe and Nexus Auto Group, it only took me til now to review this wonderful place! I pretty much have bought all our family cars through Vahe and he never disappoints. I TRUST HIM and I know he is always looking out for the best options and deals for me. Sometimes I ask him to find the hardest cars to find and he always delivers. Today, he definitely delivered and was able to get my dream car that I expected would be impossible to get. Just got my second car with Nexus. I prefer leases and both times I've checked prices with BMW dealerships directly and they have flat out told me it's impossible to match the prices I've gotten from Nexus. Somehow the guys do it here. They get the most amazing deals and take care of your old lease. I didn't have to do anything, just found a car I wanted over the phone and within a few hours my car was delivered. They took my existing lease and handled everything themselves. Super responsive and reliable. I can't believe anyone still deals directly with dealerships who just try to scalp you for every dollar especially in this market! You can tell Sam and team are the brokers really on the buyers side.
