Absolutely love this gym! It is such a supportive community filled with great classes where you get personalized guidance and attention. I’ve gotten so much stronger and flexible over the past few years thanks to MoveHer. This gym has helped me improve more than any other gym I’ve been to before. Highly recommend! Also there is an adorable gym dog (shout out to Luke ?)

I. Love. This. Gym. April and the other coaches have cultivated such a wonderful culture of support and empowerment, and I actually look forward to going to the gym again for the first time in years now. They meet you where you're at and help you get to where you want to be with no judgment - only encouragement. I've worked with April, Tiffany, and Amanda, but I'm sure they're all equally amazing. They will help you set and track your goals, and check in quarterly to see how you're doing and adjust as needed. They can always provide modifications and have endless energy and patience. And the other members are all lovely as well! I'm a member for life!

In the last year I have embarked on a fitness journey with MoveHER Fitness, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional! MoveHER not only offers a diverse range of classes but has also cultivated a thriving community of women united by a common goal – the dedication to consistently move and stay active.One of the standout features of MoveHER is the variety of classes they offer. It's not just about traditional workouts; it's a celebration of movement in all its forms. The Kickboxing classes are a powerful and invigorating experience, providing a perfect blend of cardio and strength training. The instructors are not only skilled but also incredibly motivating, ensuring that each session leaves you feeling empowered and accomplished.The Animal Flow classes at MoveHER have been a revelation. Combining elements of yoga, gymnastics, and bodyweight exercises, these sessions are not only effective in building strength and flexibility but also incredibly enjoyable. Been attending this gym for a few years and I love it! I never used to enjoy working out before coming here, but now it’s something I look forward to. The coaches are great, community is friendly, and the classes are fun! And as someone who started out with 0 fitness experience, I think this was the best place to ease me into working out more. I find most gyms to be intimidating, but I was never uncomfortable or intimidated at MoveHER. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

I knew exactly what I was looking for when I was looking for a gym to join. I wanted workouts that included cardio, posture, balance, flexibility and strengthening. I was looking for an all-women's gym and one that had the hours that worked for my schedule. I was looking for a gym that would take my personal needs into consideration. I began calling some places in the valley. As soon as I spoke with April from MoveHERFitness, I knew her gym was the going to work for me. I have been a member for a few months and I am so impressed! The staff is very professional and highly educated in the area of fitness. You are welcomed with a gentle bark from Luke, the gym mascot, warm smiles and asked how your body is feeling. If you are a bit stiff, the coach will show you how you can relieve the stiffness with warm-up exercises. Modifications are made during classes for you depending on your ability. The facility is extremely clean and has more than enough equipment. I work out 4 days a week. I do kickboxing, strengthening and animal flow. I am moving in ways I thought I would never do! I look forward each workout knowing that the coaches truly care about my well-being.

Moveher fitness has truly helped me with not only feeling stronger and more confident but it has also helped my mental health. Extremely grateful for the awesome kickboxing class and extremely grateful for the amazing coaches. I never in a million years thought I would love to workout until I came here. Thank you coach April and coach Kat for always making me feel welcome, for always motivating me and for always making our workouts fun.

The coaches at MoveHer are incredible. They're very attentive during class and obviously care about the development of their members. They've cultivated a positive community and environment that makes MoveHer so much more than just a normal gym. Highly recommend. (The classes always kick my butt too!...in a good way)

I've been going to MoveHer for a year and a half and can't say enough good things about it. There is a new program every 4 weeks and weights are changed during each week of the program for the challenge and increasing strength. Each program is reviewed by an InBody test which is super helpful in health and fitness goals. For me, it takes the guesswork out of having to figure out what to do for training and I love that. The coaches at MoveHER are genuinely the best. So sweet. So positive. So motivating. It's such a beautiful community and I am so happy to be a part of it.

Coach April and her coaching team are super knowledgeable. The workouts are varied, challenging, yet the coaches ensure it is all tailored to each person's capabilities. All the members are welcoming and encouraging of each other. It is a nice diverse group ..age and fitness levels. A very energetic and comfortable space to workout. It was my first real exposure to kickboxing and boy, what an amazing workout and stress reliever. Definitely, a must try with this team of coaches!

MoveHER is an incredible community filled with people dedicated to bringing your goals to fruition. The coaches are knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging every class and even outside of class. The classes have variety on a rotating basis, which makes coming back worthwhile and not tedius. The small class sizes allow for more personable experiences and opportunities to get to know everyone without it being overwhelming!
