I've had metro for over 12 years and today at this store I'm being told by the employee I can't upgrade my phone like I do every year for the past 12 years. Online it says I can with my account going to another to another store now. this employee was so insistent that metro pcs only sells phones like disposable burner phones I'm just gonna say these guys trying to run this place like they do 7 eleven or call centers scam artist

On November 2nd, I visited this store and encountered two female employees who displayed extremely unprofessional behavior. Their attitude and the way they spoke to customers were the worst I have ever witnessed. It greatly tarnished the reputation of your store. The employee's demeanor was disrespectful and lacked any sense of courtesy. Their interactions with customers were characterized by a dismissive and condescending tone. Such behavior not only creates a negative shopping experience but also reflects poorly on your brand. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism when I visit a store. The unprofessional conduct of these employees left me deeply disappointed, and it has made me question whether I should continue to patronize your establishment. I believe it is crucial for your management to address such issues promptly and provide proper training to ensure that all employees uphold a high standard of customer service. Improving the professionalism and attitude of your staff will not only enhance the overall customer experience but also help restore your store's reputation.Not only did the employees exhibit unprofessional behavior, but they also failed to complete the simple job, which I think is because they are rushing to get out from the job.I hope you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to address these concerns.

I recently visited the MetroPCS by T-Mobile store and I must say it was the worst service I have ever experienced. There were two employees(both are females), and their behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a manager, they informed me that the manager was not present. I then inquired about the manager's availability, but one of the employees simply replied, 'I don't know.To make matters worse, when I asked for a phone number, they completely ignored my request and continued to ignore me for the rest of my questions. It was clear that they had no interest in assisting me. As if my experience wasn't bad enough, there was another customer with me who was also frustrated because they couldn't activate his number before closing time.The store manager should seriously consider the behavior and professionalism of their employees. Additionally, the owner needs to evaluate the effectiveness of the manager, assuming one even exists. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable.My visit to the MetroPCS by T-Mobile store left me extremely dissatisfied. It is evident that there is a dire need for improved training, better management, and a stronger focus on customer satisfaction. I hope that the necessary steps are taken to rectify these issues and provide a more positive experience for future customers.

Horrible customer serviceI recommend going anywhere but here. Only one person behind the counter stuck on a 45 minute problem call with a full store of people! I like Metro but this store is a hot mess!

Best experience of my life. I was going in to pay a bill and was greeted by Jimmy as soon as I took the first step in. I have got to say, I have been in tmobile, att, and Verizon but the customer service by Jimmy was as if he was the manager. Jimmy new his promotions, he knew the plans. Jimmy went out of his way to try and save me as much money as possible since I was in a budget. The atmosphere in the store was incredible, I felt the positive energy coming from the mobile experts within this store. I highly highly recommend this store. Ask for Jimmy, I promise you will not regret it, I thought he was the manager??. I will for sure be recommending this store to my friends and family.

Got in, got my phones and numbers ported over and walked out with no issue. After working in wireless sales, even for Metro at one point, I know how the stores operate as most of the money is made off of accessories thrown in due to the high margin. Wasn't even attempted here, was pleasantly shocked to see such good service. Definitely confirms that going with an authorized retailer is better than corporate, as you can see from my early experience at the corporate store off La Brea.
