Horrible customer service. Spoke to Apple, Bell and left several messages with Andrew (manager). All are failures and don’t belong on this business. 6 weeks without a CPAP!!

Been a patient with Metro-Med for a number of years. The original office in Burbank was hard to find, usually very busy, but provided decent customer service. The new office is downsized, not well maintained, and not occupied all the time. Getting in touch with folks is sometimes difficult. Metro-Med is now part of Goodnight Medical and the billing and service via phone are horrid. Long wait times on the phone, lack of communication when disputing charges, etc. Had to mail cancelled checks after both speaking to them on the phone and follow-up emails with documentation showing a bill had been paid. Took over two months to resolve their errors. Most irritating is the bombardment of "refill" calls and e-mails...no problem selling you more equipment but pitiful follow-up service.

Train Wreck!This place has no concept of organization, customer service or responsiveness. They can't even tell you what your resupply order items cost! And forget about transferring your medical records/prescriptions to another provider. If your doctor automatically sends your orders/prescriptions here, tell them where you actually want them sent as this is NOT the place you want 'serving' you!

Frankly both my wife and I have had recent problems with MetroMed supply orders. Rachelle did an excellent job with this particular order, so we'll hope things have improved overall. That's why I give Rachelle 5 stars.

Not understand why 3 year old bill that I did not think i owed showed up in the mail. They tried to explain to me, but i do not agree with the assessment. Will not do business with this company ever again. overpriced supplies and tried to get me on recurring process originally and tried to bill me for things i was not told that they could bill me for. Asked for proof of why they were billing me and never received it. Just stated that i owed the monthly rental fee.

Bad customer service and always are delay with the supplies, I was on the phone with a representative that speak Spanish, I requested to speak with a supervisor and she told me they only speak English I said I’m bilingual Spanish and English and she put me on hold for 25 min and then they hanged up.
