My wife got her engagement ring and we both got our wedding bands at Media City Jewelers. From the moment we walked in, we knew we wanted them to do our rings for us. George and May are terrific. They are warm, friendly and very professional. They took such great care of us from start to finish and really made us feel like family. And of course, we couldn't be happier with our rings. My wife always gets complimented on her engagement ring especially. We are so grateful we found Media City Jewelers. We highly recommend them and will definitely go back to them in the future!

If you need high quality jewelry this is your spot! George is very helpful, takes his time answering your questions. He made sure we were comfortable and found what we were looking for. I needed a specialized part created for my Panerai watch that only jeweler and watchmaker could handle. Panerai service would have costed me over $1500 for service and replacement. I asked a few other jewelers and they either would have charged a lot or refused the job. George took on the challenge and delivered amazing results. I knocked off an 18k bezel marker on my watch and was very difficult to find a replacement. George said he could make it and even fix the loose bezel that another watchmaker who worked on my watch did not fix. He was honest in what needed to be done and when there were some adjustments to the estimate due to bezel issues was honest in other repairs and changes in timeframe. George wasn't satisfied with how the first attempt came out, so he had it remade again to perfection. He even went out of his way to return the watch to me earlier so I had enough time to pickup my kids. I also happened to have a great conversation with May, his mom and owner of Media City. They are great hardworking family business that I had the pleasure to support and get the needed work done on my watch for a good price that was so much cheaper than Panerai and competitive to other jewelers. And in the end, the work was great! The bezel marker looks original to the other markers and the bezel clicks flawlessly if you know dive watches. I attached before and after pics. Much quicker, cheaper, and comforting than sending my watch to Panerai Service.

George is a talented jewelry in design. After discussing what I was seeking he recommended a size pendant that would look best for my gold chain. I'm glad I went with his size recommendation because it is beautiful. Great customer service brought great customer satisfaction. I recommend this store. MC

I stopped into Media City Jewelers after a disappointing visit to Zales. I was hoping a smaller business might give me a more personalized experience since the Zales workers seemed to care only about pushing a sale. I met George and immediately felt good vibes-- he didn't pressure me to buy but listened to my needs and gave me good, honest advice. I left my engagement ring with him to be cleaned and resized and I was impressed with the work and the price. A few weeks later I came back with my fiance and George helped us both to pick out our wedding bands. My fiance chose a simple gold band and I chose a customized version of a ring George had in store. Both rings were ready in a timely manner and we were allowed to pay in installments. I especially liked that George always took the time to explain the process in detail so I never felt like I was getting swindled. I will definitely come back for any jewelry needs in the future! :)

Told me that they were selling me an 18kt white gold.Sold me a 14kt instead. I found out the hard way when I analyzed the necklace closer later on.

I came in to this store to ask how if they buy loose stones and to double check the lady checked the stones and told me that my diamonds are not diamonds and it's just moissanite . I don't know what kind of machine they have but for someone that worked in jewelry manufacturing for more than years it bothers me that there's still people that will lie just to get it for cheaper price. I even went to Macy's which is in the same shopping building to have it double checked and yes they are diamonds. FYI my diamonds are VS H/I color .

Came in to swap out the band on my late grandfather’s watch, which also wasn’t working. Jeweler was nice and took about 10 minutes looking into how to get it working. He understandably couldn’t fix it (it’s a larger mechanical issue) but gave me his opinion and knowledge of what he found, which I appreciated.
