I've had a disappointing experience with this car dealership. Despite their busy schedule, I expected better customer service to help make the car-buying process easier. Unfortunately, they didn't even allow me to test drive the car, which is a standard practice at most dealerships. If you're looking for personalized assistance and a hassle-free experience, this is not the place to go. They seem too tied up to care about individual customers.
To make matters worse, they don't have a friendly attitude, and buying a $100,000 car here feels like a risky gamble. You'd need to take the car to a mechanic to ensure everything is fine, because they won't work with you to address any concerns. They seem to reject any reasonable request, making it extremely difficult to reach a deal. It's as if they only want to sell cars to people who don't know any better. So, it's up to you to decide if you want to try your luck with this dealership."

I recently had the pleasure of selling my car to MDK International, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. I had a great experience at MDK International, although I didn't end up buying a car. The staff were very open about the car's history and any repairs it might need, which I really appreciated. While I didn't find the perfect car, their honesty made a strong impression on me. I'd definitely recommend MDK International to anyone looking for a trustworthy car dealership.

I recently visited MDK international in search of a used car. Although I didn't end up making a purchase, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my visit.
I was greeted warmly by the staff. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car for my needs, even though I ultimately decided not to buy at this time.
The dealership had an impressive selection of vehicles, all of which were well-maintained and competitively priced. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions and provided valuable insights into each car's features and history, their website has all the information and free carfax report for every vehicle.
Although I didn't find the perfect car for me on this visit, I would highly recommend MDK International to anyone in the market for a quality used vehicle. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency sets them apart from other dealerships, and I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future when I'm ready to make a purchase.

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. LEFT CONFUSED & DISHEARTENED.
According to “How to Buy a Used Car Now” (2023) article on Consumer Report’s website, test driving the vehicle is listed as an essential step in buying a used car. Test driving is considered standard protocol & procedure when used car buying.
MDK INTERNATIONAL profiles their clientele and prohibits test drives at their discretion—depending on if they feel you will buy the car or not. It’s confusing and MDK does not care if they waste your time, energy and money.
If I could give this place a -0 stars I would. My Mercedes engine went out on me. I should have read all the negative reviews online before going through the trouble of setting up an appointment via their website, paying for an Uber to a rental car place, and paying for a rental car to drive all the way to Burbank from W. L.A..
My experience pretty much echoes that of another reviewer re: Darya. Darya was extremely condescending, patronizing, bad faith acting, profiling, poor communication, rude & argumentative attitude.
Darya accused me of not being interested in the car and not reading the Carfax--even though I had actually studied it and also performed 2 VIN checks on NHTSA site for recalls & NICB site for theft. Due to own trauma, I shut down and went along with her projections instead of speaking my truth that I actually had not only studied the Carfax, but done extensive research on the car. She then said that if I test-drove it and crashed it, I wouldn't want to pay for it. When I offered my proof of financials--smade a back-handed remark about my jewelry and DECLINED to see my financials. I'm sorry but a person's jewelry doesn't reflect their financial portfolio or their credit score. Plus, I was paying cash!
Darya literally triggered a downward mental health spiral that I struggled with for days after to wrap my head around. I'm a high functioning survivor of trauma and live with ADHD & CPTSD, so rumination can be an involuntary symptom. She is wrong and insensitive to nuero-divergent people.
Lastly, MDK International is not Better Business Bureau accredited and they have negative reviews which says everything you need to know about this place.
I just want to buy a car! I don’t need to be antagonized and profiled. Go elsewhere. AVOID.

Truly unique car buying experience! I do not understand why this place has negative reviews. From the moment I inquired about the car I was interested in until the moment that I drove off in it I was very pleased. Everyone I spoke to there was very inviting and accommodating. They knew everything about the car I was interested in and the price was more than fair. When I am ready to purchase my next car I will look at MDK first. Thanks again!

Got a 96 M3 from them shipped across the country.
I liked the price i liked the car so i knew it would have some issues. But they really could give a F about making a sale lol. If you are looking to have your hand held in regards to customer service or asking questions about the vehicle. This is not the place for you. It was pulling teeth to get photos or videos of the car, and even now they only sent one key and haven't responded to my request about the 2nd. (The tag on the key says 1 of 2) the entire process was me reaching out asking for updates etc.
But as i said, if you know what you want you go get it. If you're looking for a sales person they are not for you.
At the end of the day i got the car i wanted and it's not like they robbed me, except for maybe the key? Standards are low

I was looking for a Lexus LS 460 and came across MDK International. They had the car I was looking for, and also the lowest price by quite a lot, and I was looking nationwide to compare. They obviously know how to buy right and pass the savings on to the customer. On their website, you can read they price cars low with a minimal markup and it is not negotiable, which initially sounded scary, but once you realize the price is very good, it's also reassuring. Having researched this car I could tell it was a great price. The whole process was extremely easy, Darya was awesome to work with, and Michael came out a few times to talk to me about the car and the repair. I did take it to my mechanic to do a pre-inspection, as recommended on the website and they drove it over making the process easy. There were 2 issues found and MDK fixed for me before sale. I was very happy with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

The easiest automobile purchase ever. Purchased my 2001 BMW Z3 roadster from MDK in June. Have been enjoying it so much, I haven't had time to write a review! Darya responded to my inquiry right away, gave me the out the door price with no surprise fees or upsells, had the car ready for a test drive and inspection at the agreed upon appointment time, and let me take as long as needed to look over the car and even let my wife drive it as well.The car was in excellent shape mechanically and cosmetically. It's a hard to find color that gets compliments everywhere I go. I found an excellent mechanic that knows the Z3 inside and out and he found nothing major wrong with the vehicle. I've spent the past few months upgrading the sound system (which nearly cost as much as the car itself), and having a few wear and tear items in the interior repaired. I've enjoyed every minute of this project and will definitely return to MDK in the future when it's time to replace one of our daily drivers.

Liked it so much I bought here twice - First I shipped to Jacksonville, and next Denver area Colorado. Darya truly is worth more than an entire dealership, all by herself.You can tell the owner knows and loves cars. Call mechanics in the area - this dealer has a reputation for their inventory of clean vehicles. The dealer makes doing the PPI easy. I had mine done same day for both purchases.Thanks for putting the joy back in car shopping.

1 month review. Bought a BMW from them. From scheduling in to actually being there and how smooth everything went I would give 5 stars. The scheduling was fast and easy. The test drive/examining the car honestly is a better experience since there isn't any other people there, other than the ones who work there. They answered my every questions. Did financing on my own, from the second visit where I brought the check I was in and out with my new car in maybe 20 minutes max. The car runs great so far . I can say they sell quality cars at a great rate. Not all cars are the same and some have their problems, make sure you know the cost of ownership and overlook the car very well before buying. They also give the option to have your mechanic inspect the car themselves!Thank you MDK.
