Marshall has a lot of stuff on sale right now but even the stuff that is on sale is still expensive it's not like it used to be before when the prices were good. I had to limit myself to buying exactly what I was looking for.

Please coordinate a proper way to speak to last shopper customers still being inside the store waiting for a family member to pay' all staff here talks to you saying "sorry we are closed" gives a nasty stare as rushing you to exit immediately

Employees are very rude. When telling the customers the store is closed, they are rude about it, by shooting you out with their hands. They walk you out with an actitud they want you to pay fast . Anie the cashier is very rude. My total was about 124.00, my mom gave her 130 and she gave her back few coins as change. When she told her her change was more she said that she only received 125, when in fact I gave her 130. My family members also saw me giving her that amount. Is not about the change is about her actitud. She also threw a box of shoes at my mom that is not how your suppose to treat costumers. I'll never come to this place.

They gave me a really hard time about an exchange with receipts, I even spoke with the manager and she couldn’t even tell me why she wouldn’t accept my exchange with receipts kept saying it was “damaged” but it was new with receipts. I went to the Marshall’s in Montebello, zero problems with my exchange. I honestly think it was a racial bias of both the cashier and manager. Even after accepting they wouldn’t do the exchange I still purchased my items but the manager kept staring at me which now I’m like she’s probably just racist.

I literally never shop at Marshall’s but for once I took a chance on them during the holidays, and what a disappointment! I bought 2 mug warmers with the Poppy brand, one as a gift and one for myself. The one I tried at home didn’t even work, not sure about the one I gifted yet. But I went to return it today, and I was told their return and checkout lines are the same. I had to wait in line with 200 people just to return 1 item, and no one would help me. I dropped the item off on the counter with the first checkout station and left. Not worth my time or mental health. You guys waste people’s time and money. Wish I could give 0 stars.I also made the horrible mistake of opening a card with this company, which also oversees home goods and tj max, and it took forever to have them cancel it. They never sent me a card in mail or any statements, but I kept getting calls from them saying my bill was overdue. When I tried calling to address the issue, I was transferred to someone with a thick Indian accent who was rude and hung up on me twice after waiting so long just to speak to them.Horrible customer service. Rude and disrespectful employees, and even worse management. This company tries to scam customers by reselling used items that don’t work then refusing to give you a refund. I will never shop here again. Not a reliable store to buy gifts.

A huge selection of everything, clothes, shoes, household goods, etc., but there is one condition... Patiently sorting through the assortment of clothes and shoes, you can find a good branded product, both for adults and for children. I advise.
