I've had a mailbox here for over 20 years.The owner Mark is so friendly and helpful.I live in Orange county now and I still keep the mailbox just because of his great service.

Difficult to work with this man! He is slow in putting the mail up and it piles up on his desk. When you go pick up your mail he gets upset that you ask him if the mail up and he says yeah but deep down you know IT'S NOT. Low energy person. When you try to leave, it's very hard to forward your mail out of here, he keeps your old mail or sends it back. Glad I am gone!

This place is fantastic and they go above and beyond what I expected for the amazing price. They call if I ask them too when I'm expecting a package and even sometimes when I don't tell them I'm waiting on one I'll get a heads up. The location is perfect for me and 24 access is fantastic and I like the fact that it is low-key and not a chain but just a local small business. I get a lot of packages and certified mail for my business but I am often not I the office so this is the perfect solution. I'm new do I will follow up if things change, but I can't imagine anything but A+ service based on my first months here. This is a top notch service oriented business who really puts customers first and provides top tier customer service. I'm glad I didn't let the outliers who supposedly had bad service keep me away! I highly recommend this business.

I have had a mailbox here for over 3 years now and I couldn't be happier. The owner remembers who I am and which box number I have before I say anything, so if I am looking for an oversized package he instantly says "hold on a sec, let me grab your package". As well as if I ever forget my key, he knows which mail is mine. Very convenient! Also the cheapest pricing I could find in the area. Very clean and easy parking every time.

Hiya! I opened my mailbox with this place in 2008. That's right, I have had a mailbox there for 10 years. I do not regret it one bit! I saw that I wrote a review four years ago. So, I want to update my review. Mark appears to be running this business primarily by himself now. There is another guy there who is - unsure? Selling sports merchandise from the location or something? (Someday I should ask). [They do also have sports jerseys and other signed sports stuff for sale there.] Mark has always been polite, professional and accomodating to me.

Worst mailbox services anywhere! Owner Mark never answers business line (goes to full mailbox), doesn't show up for work (thus no access to mail) and will advise mail has been forwarded, etc. when it has not. Do yourself a favor and find a honest company. Your mail is too important. DO NOT USE---YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Great service. I call instead of driving over there if I am expecting something important. Great environment. Owner operated, so obviously he's got a vested interest in what is happening, instead of the usual short term employees. Has been better for us than getting mail at the expensive conglomerate, or the Post Office (the headache of those lines when you are looking for something). Have been very happy with Mail Boxes & Accessories for more than 30 months. Found out about them through friends who have mailboxes here too. Best value.

Reviews should list how long they have been doing business with the business reviewed. My company has been with Mail Boxes & Accessories since 2012. The service we receive is ALWAYS positive. Mark would go above and beyond to help us. If I was expecting something important in the mail, all I had to do is call Mark and ask. Saved me loads of gas money, and time, and I wasn't able to find another location that would be that accommodating. We receive all of our checks and packages at this address, and everything is treated with respect and care. I have to admit, we went with Mail Boxes & Accessories because the location was super convenient and the prices were excellent (compared to other mail box services in the area). We have been so happy with their service, I actually opened an account for my personal mail box with them back in 2015. We have been with Mail Boxes & Accessories ever since, and I am super happy (otherwise, I obviously wouldn't have opened up my own account). The truth about human nature is that people are more likely to write something negative and perception is personal. I was copying the link to refer a friend and saw a review that didn't make sense to me, so I am taking time out of my day to write something VERY positive and say "thank you" to Mail Boxes & Accessories. The United States Postal Service is a huge bureaucracy, and beyond anyone's control, so to blame them for something arriving late, doesn't make sense. They can't attack USPS because it is so big, so they go after the small guy. That is not fair. Once the mail arrives at this location, it is handled with care, and I am very happy with their service. My company has been with them for more than 5 years, and I have had my personal account with them for over 2 years.

Please SEE ALL NEGATIVE reviews before attemping to do business here. Had my package gone lost/missing at this place. U.S.P.S. confirmed by Tracking as "Delivered to Individual". Once I reveived confirmation of the package being delivered, I went over and it happened to be a day I had 2 packages delivered according to the U.S.P.S. tracking system. I drove over to pick my packages. I told Mark the owner and also by the way the only worker there if he could give me my packages. He began looking through piles of shipment scattered all over the floor. He gave me only one box and since i saw how half a** he was running the place I left thinking I will come back when sorts his mess. I called him back the following day and asked Mark who the only person working in "his business" and kindly asked him if my package showed up??? He the told me over the phone "call me back in 15 minutes".. I said ok. I called back and answering rudely tells me " I do not have your package..on and on" . He then tells me "call me tomorrow and I will talk to the carrier". To my surprise I show up the next day and the carrier is there. The carrier was doing her job sorting and scanning the mail confirming that the mail is being left at this location. I arrive and asked Mark (the owner) if he found my package or knew what could of happend. Carrier was there and he did not even bother asking her if she of delivered somewhere else. ? Why somewhere else ?? Because Mark claims the package and other packages hace been delivered to Nickelodeon studios next door. Well he said this after the Carrier had left? He then goes into his computer and files a Non Deliverance of package claim online with the U.S.P.S. while I was there sitting at his place waiting to see what he would do next. He could of told me " Your package is missing we will have to file a claim" . He freaked out and filed the claim 3 days after the package was Confirmed Delivered by the Postal Service. I called U.S.P.S. and spoke with the U.S.P.S. supervisor to look into my "lost" package. She was on top of it. She spoke with the Carrier and they both said it was Delivered to this location. The U.S.P.S. Supervisor calls Mark ..he tells the post office Supervisor that he did not have it ?? Sometime in the midst of all this I told him I would file a Report with BPD. When I said that boy he really lost it.. He became verbally aggressive!? He said I was accusing him of stealing ..on and on. Its was not for him to loose his cool and go there?? He could of been helpful and help file the report. He told me "I will give you your money for your box, i will refuse your packages if they show up.." and a bunch of other rude remarks. Now I have to call the seller that mailed my package and tell them the situation and hopefully theres somehow I can get my package. Will still file the report and hopefully people read this and share my bad experience here. By far the WORST experience doing business at ANY place !! Consider elsewhere JUST NOT HERE.
