Be specific if you want your 2nd or 3rd row floor mats washed but they did a great job getting most of the sap off my 2020 Explorer but there were a couple misses with some vacuuming / washing of the rear but I would go back again!

Sloppy, just sloppy they left my rims dirty. Didn’t clean off the wax properly left polish stuck on interior, car didn’t even smell like baby powder scent I wanted after. Over priced don’t waste your money…
