I had a terrible experience with this company. I called on December 12th to inquire about a particular item. I was told it was in stock in their NC warehouse (I am on the east coast) and that I would have it by Christmas. On December 20th, I still had not received any tracking information so I reached out to their customer service representative and was told that I would have tracking information that afternoon and the item would ship on December 22nd. By the end of the day on the 22nd, I still had not received any tracking information. I reached out to the company, and they told me that the item was NOT in stock in the warehouse in NC and would now have to ship from WA. They made sure to tell me several times that it was going to cost them more money to ship from WA and suggested I wait until the item was in stock in NC so there was "less chance of damage" during shipping. Clearly, they were trying to save themselves money. The item ended up coming over two weeks late. Even though I had specifically talked to Living Kit about wanting inside delivery, they did not coordinate this. In fact, they did not give the shipping carrier my phone number to coordinate delivery, so I just came home one day to find two extremely heavy boxes on my doorstep (and this was not the delivery date displayed on my tracking info). I was not given an opportunity to inspect the item due to the fact that delivery was not coordinated and now I'm stuck with a damaged item.I had to reach out multiple times to speak to the customer service representative about this matter. I was always polite but expressed my dissatisfaction with my experience and their customer service. I was then called a bully (for expressing dissatisfaction? I wonder if they would have called a man a bully?). I was also asked what I do for a living - not sure why this is relevant, but I told them I am a lawyer and was once again insulted by being told lawyers are liars and hired to manipulate the facts (I am actually a lawyer for a non-profit). Also, their story keeps changing - they are now saying there were shipping delays due to the holidays although I was told that the delay was due to the item not being in stock.In short, if you want terrible customer service, to be insulted by their employees, and have shipping delays and miscommunications, this is the place for you! Please check out the photo showing one of the insults hurled at me, a photo of the damaged item, and one of me reaching out several times and not getting a response (and being nothing but polite).

I spent a great deal of time looking for the best price for a leather living room set - Living Kit had the very best price.It was extremely easy to communicate with them since they actually answer their phone almost immediately - able to get updates on shipping, delivery, etc.I do believe they are a small family company so it was nice to support this company by buying from them instead of one of the big named stores where no one really seems to care. I highly recommend ordering from Living Kit.

Ordered a Belize Coaster sectional in May. Received damaged in July with a broken zipper. Still have not received a replacement part. Also contacted Coaster furniture. According to their customer service it is the furniture dealers responsibility to replace this piece.“Parts are under warranty but labor is not”. Do not recommend purchasing from them. I now have a broken piece and apparently unable to get it fixed.

Great customer service and communication. Ordered home office Furniture. Executive desk, credenza, file cabinet and bookcase. A couple of items was not in stock. I was called and informed it would be around 3 months before the manufacture had the other items available. Received a text around 6 weeks later that all items are now ready to ship. Received my furniture in half of the time it was originally going to take before shipping. Shipping (freight) was just a couple of days before it arrived. Well boxed and wrapped on pallets. All items were in excellent condition and nothing was scratched. Assembly was easy. LivingKit was always in constant communication via emails and texts. When I called them each person I spoke with was very friendly and professional. Also a great price on these items. Very happy with this company. A positive buying experience and they have quality products. I'm a happy customer and I'm sure you will be too.

Update: the below still stands true but the company isn’t responsive to issues after the purchase. I was in touch with the actual manufacturer since the store didn’t respond. They’d mentioned a year insurance, but maybe they meant it came from the manufacturer and not them. If so, they didn’t make that clear. But, I still generally recommend them.Let me tell you the reasons why this store and its folks are AMAZING...1. Prices (that's how I learned about them in comparison to the local large stores like Bob's furniture and others that I don't care to mention).2. Ease of Service3. Fast Delivery & Amazing Staff1. PricesI knew what I was looking for so a simple google search uploaded a plethora of black leather reclining couches. I found the one I loved and then embarked on finding the best price. Amongst all the competition, there's was the best priced and they weren't far because I would require delivery. They had me hooked at the price.2. Ease of ServiceI called Monday July 7th inquiring about the couch and services. The individual was super clear. They had the product, and he explained the process for the shipping and delivery of the sofa. I asked them when they could deliver and they said they were backed up with orders. I mentioned I'd be out of town for work July 11-24th but would LOVE if they could make a miracle happen and deliver before then so I could enjoy the couch now. He said they would try their best, but he didn't want to make a false promise. Fair. :) The payment was a breeze and simple. I requested the haul away for my old couch which was 150 extra fee, but totally fine.3. Fast Delivery & Amazing Staff... on Thursday July 8th I receive an email about shipping... I call their store and they said could deliver today if I'd be home... UM, Yes! ! ! He said they would be there within an hour. I was ecstatic. Sure enough, the gentleman arrived and somehow was Super Man and brought up the sofa despite there being stairs... He was amazing. The sofa was delivered faster than expected and arrived in excellent/brand new condition! They also took my old sofa... All this was done within 3 days of ordering.Highly highly recommend this store! I had never heard of them before but they had me hooked with their competitive prices, and I will definitely order from them again in the future because they bring the 'human' into the whole process. It didn't feel like a distant transaction, and they simply are amazing. Thank you for such a lovely and easy experience. I will be coming in again for my next furniture purchase :)PS.My dog approves of the sofa so we're all happy. Beautiful beautiful sofa and so comfortable.

These guys are top notch professionals. They were on time, on budget, efficient and very competent. They completed the installation exactly when they promised.. Communication was very clear and always professional. They're fantastic and are the gold standard as far as quality work goes. Everything felt totally straight above board and zero sleaziness you get from some other subcontractors. I would happily use this company only from now on!

Living Kit and Garegin were fantastic! I ordered a bed from them that was much below the cost of other websites, so I was a bit leery. But Garegin was very helpful on the phone and responded quickly to e-mails. The delivery went smoothly, the bed is just as expected, and the "white glove" service was great.

Very rude customer service. Like VERY rude. Would not recommend . Reached out about the shipping price jumping from $75 to $200 during check-out process. Was told if I had an issue I should purchase from another store.

I order and mirrored tv console. I waited and waited for the delivery, they claim they had to get it shipped in from San Francisco. I had a trip planned so I urged them to deliver it before I left because I would be gone for ten days. They delivered it the day of my flight, a few hrs before I left. It was delivered completely assembled so it was a large package. They had one delivery guy delivering my package, when I answered my door he had it sitting vertically on the dolly. Again this was a very large and heavy delivery. He brought it in my house and sat against my wall. Before I left I open the box to scanned the package, it seemed fine. I didn’t have the time or man power to take it completely out of the box. When I came home my boy cousin picked me up from the airport and took me home so I had him remove it from the packaging to move it against the wall I wanted it on. We bust the box down and he slid it a little and the mirror on side panel was completely shattered and broken off. The top part of the mirror was just cracked so it was still on the console. I told him to leave it where it stood and sent over pictures to these people. They told me it was pass the time period where they could take responsibility for the damage and they couldn’t give a refund or even fix or replace it. It’s funny because I talked to one of the guys at the store several times, he knew I was leaving. He even said “oh your back from your vacation” at the beginning of the conversation when I called to report the damages. Then they said, oh well the console was $700 and we fulfilled it for $500 with tax, like they did me a favor or something. That don’t have anything to do with me, it was advertised as $500, its not like they marked it done for me. That was the advertised price they sold it for in the site!!
