been trying to get a hold of someone there to send me my prescription. I called the day before and asked if someone could email me my prescription, she said ill have it by the end of the day 48 hours later I'm still waiting meanwhile my contacts are delayed from the vendor.

Wow! I searched several locations and called the Burbank Lens Crafters on Verdugo. I am shocked at the level of kindness and sincere support Jackie and Michael provided to me ON THE SPOT! We all have choices when it comes to where we spend our money but when it comes to sincerely caring for clients and understanding the sense of urgency we have, this location GETS IT! Thank you Jackie and Michael! You are both amazing!!!

I went in to get my glasses repaired that I didn’t purchase at LensCrafters and get another pair tightened and Sylvia greeted me with a smile and said no problem. 15 minutes later glasses were Fixed and tightened all for no charge. WOW! What great customer service. Thanks so much Sylvia! ❤️?❤️

Both Emily and Guillermo(the receipt says Guillermo but I thought his tag said Emmanuel ?) were wonderful, helpful and informative to me and my friend! Thanks again guys!
The store was spacious, tidy and had a great selection. It was tough choosing everything for someone as indecisive as me but I got plenty of help, especially re: the transitions lens. I wish y’all the best!

Michael was terrific in helping me through the eye exam process and then selecting frames and making sure that I understood cost, lens turnaround and set a smart level of expectation for me. Very happy with my experience and Dr. Chao provided me with an exceptional eye exam.
