Anush did an amazing job at fixing my bent sunglasses after leaving them in my hot car. She fixed them within 10 minutes. She was attentive and answered all of my questions to prevent it from happening again in the future. Would 100% recommend this Lens Crafters!

Jacob Kamarzarian at Burbank Macy’s Lenscrafters was so helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure I was very happy with my choice and helped with all my insurance! He spent well over an hour with me. Very patient. Anush was very pleasant and good with her opinions as we got to the final pair!! Very impressed with my experience. DR. Sim was very thorough in examining my eyes. There was no wait. I got right in at my appt time.
