I have one word to describe Kevin "SKILLED" !!!! Not only Kevin is proficient at his job as a mechanic, but he also has the heart to help people. Kevin will listen to your car problems and will take the time to troubleshooting those unwanted problems. Your car will be in a good place @ his shop. You'll get a reasonable price. Kevin is so knowledgeable and friendly. He will tell you honestly what your problem is, and what it will take to fix it. He serviced my leaking Grand Wagoneer transmission and transfer case and saved my old parts to show me what the current problem was and what to look out for in the future. Very reasonable labor charge and it was finished when promised. I would definitely go back there anytime I need help.

I broke down in the middle of the night in LA. A transmission cooling line fitting burst and my trans bleed out on the freeway. I saw it and was able to stop before any damage was done, but I was down for the night. I started calling around in the morning and got the, "it's too big", "we're too busy", "we don't care" , until I called Kevin at KK Auto. He stopped what he was doing and came to me. He had me back on the road by noon.It was great to find one of those kind honest people in the world who cares about others.Thank You!!

This is an all around great shop, a precious Gem! I'm so happy that I found Kk! Speaking too ladys when I say, so tired of being overcharged ; scammed; that it feels really good to know that there really is an honest mechanic that still exists. kk did my transmission repair; the price was amazing and not one easily beat- when all hope felt lost and shops only saw a price tag when telling them your car troubles so thank you kk for being honest and patient and for getting me back on the road again!!!!! Kevin is the BEST. He passed me while my car was broken down and told me his shop was nearby; he fixed it in a pinch and got work done faster than I could imagine! He knew I was in a rush and he made sure to prioritize and expedite my repair. Not to mention that it was 4:30 and the shop was about to close .... he didn’t make it seem like an inconvenience at all, he genuinely wanted to help. He also gave me a great price — I definitely found my new LA mechanic!!Services: Engine repair

Oh man! I couldn’t be happier with Kevin. He literally saved me and this is why:The day before a big trip in my RV, I came across some noisy mechanical issues that 6 other shops told me they couldn’t help me with, and that no mechanic could accommodate me day of. When I thought I was all out of luck, I decided to make one more call — and that one call is what got me on the road to a camping trip I’ve been planing for weeks.When I called Kevin he told me he had no problem taking a look at it, and said that if he could fix it, he absolutely would, which I really appreciated because no other shop I called was even willing to look at my RV and see what the problem was.Once I arrived at Kevin’s shop and met him, I knew he was the guy to handle the situation. He asked to go for a ride in my vehicle to hear what the issue was and immediately heard the the sound and identified the problem in no more than 3 minutes. The problem was that my alternator belt wasn’t tight enough, so he fixed it immediately and sent me on my way.Later in the day I started hearing a clinking noise in my RV and called Kevin to tell him what the issue was. Based on what I explained, he knew it was my alternator and told me to come back in right away because he knew my trip was the following day.He then spent hours sourcing the right alternator for my RV and proceeded to change it, calling me as soon as it was ready, and to my surprise he even switched out my car battery that was dying.The following morning when I was driving out on my trip, I was surprised to get a call from Kevin at 8am checking in to make sure my car was running smoothly. It’s been driving beautifully the last few days and I’m so lucky to have found someone to help make this trip possible!After 12 years of living in LA, I am thrilled I finally have a reliable mechanic I can trust and who wasn’t turning me away because it wasn’t a huge job.Thank you, Kevin! I’ll definitely be recommending you to my friends and family in LA!Services: Transmission

Kevin is the most amazing mechanic !!! He’s someone who actually knows what he is talking about and has a true heart for people and not just the money ! He is not like any other mechanic where they try and make you feel stupid because you are a woman ! Wouldn’t trust anyone else !

Well this place deserves all 5 stars that they get if not more. Right off the bat, meeting Kevin didn't seem like meeting him for the first time, almost as if you've been friends for a while. Even talking to him on the phone was great. I knew in their line of business they're always busy but when I first spoke to him on the phone, he wasn't't rushing & very accommodating with my inquiries. I needed a good mechanic here in Burbank, somebody who's trustworthy & I think I found it. Got my car fixed at a reasonable price & the service is spectacular. Also may I add, 99.9% of the time I called Kevin, he picked up the phone. I think that alone is a sign of a good business.

Poor customer service, I reached out to them via email and I still have not heard from them. I would never take my car to this people! its 2019 people like communicating via email and text!
