A man named George or something was extremely rude to me. I was recommended this pharmacy by a friend and was told to expect really great care. Instead I was talked down to by someone with an authoritarian tone. He wouldn't let me finish my first sentences, he told me I shouldn't be prescribed two medications, but im extremely disabled and I need both of them. He said my doctor shouldn't be prescribing me these together, but my doctor is a seasoned doctor on a team of 9 medical doctors that work with me to manage my disability. They are doctors from Cedars Sinai. He simply said he wouldn't fill out my prescription because he didn't want to. A prescription I've been prescribed for over a year. If this is the kind of person you can handle then this is the place for you, but just after 2 five minute conversations (most of which I wasn't allowed to speak) I didn't have the choice of going here. He told me "youre better off going to CVS" the pharmacy i told him that never has my medication?? So i don't know if that was some kind of jab. I never leave reviews, but here I am. If you're disabled then be warned and good luck.

Customer service is often hard to find. The people at Karen's actually take an interest and provide wonderful service. This business is very customer oriented!

Very disappointed in the overbearing “manager” as she calls herself. I called hoping to switch to Karen pharmacy as I used them many, many years ago and was very pleased with their service. This so called manager was very rude, barking her questions at me as if I was imposing on her and she did not want my business. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise and she wasted my time telling me things that I already knew. I certainly hope that the owner of this pharmacy reads this review and has a conversation with this woman about how she speaks to customers or better yet potential customers that they lost because of her abrupt and dismissive nature. I’m very sad that the level of customer care at this pharmacy has sunk to a CVS pharmacy level.

I have been going to Karen Pharmacy for years now to have prescriptions filled for my cats. Their location is convenient and Tammy the pharmacist is always cheerful and friendly, I love talking with her!

I come here semi-frequently for my pet’s prescription and this is probably the most courteous and professional pharmacy I’ve ever visited. Most prescriptions are usually ready same-day and pick up is a breeze. 5 stars!

Karen Pharmacy has compounded our cat's medication for several years now. We mostly interact with Tammy. She's friendly, efficient and embodies the meaning of "customer service." I actually like getting phone calls from her telling me the RX is ready for pickup. Her upbeat, caring nature makes my day.

I love Karen pharmacy. I've been coming to them for about a year and it's so nice to be able to support a local pharmacy instead of CVS. Every time I go in the service is pleasant, and speedy. They really seem to care about their customers. 10/10

The customer service here is above and beyond. Really appreciate Tammy's help with my dogs' meds and they even call to ask my preferences (they'll sometimes add protein flavors to make them more palatable). Just know they are open on weekdays only.

It's hard to find a neighborhood pharmacy that will accommodate special needs and medications ! This is what I have found with Karen Pharmacy! The staff is courteous, always compassionate, smiling and helpful ! George, the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and always has my prescriptions ready on time! I love the fact that it is individually owned as opposed to a big corporation...the feeling of "family" is a big plus!! I have never had a better experience than the one I have with Karen's Pharmacy!! If you are looking for a pharmacy you can count on, this is definitely worth a try!
