A coworker recommended J’s to me a while ago so when I needed my oil replaced and thought I might have an oil leak, I went here. Rolled up in the morning & VJ was great. Dropped of my car and a couple hours later he called me right when he said he would to tell me what was wrong and the cost. Turned out I didn’t have an oil leak but I did need new brakes (which made sense it’d been several years since they were replaced). I picked up my car a few hours later with everything all replaced and ready to go! The price was very fair and everything was done when he said it’d be. Will definitely be returning for any future maintenance!

J’s Auto Clinic in Burbank is the best! I lived right around the corner from their shop and moved 30 minutes away and I won’t take my BMW anywhere else. Good, honest mechanics are hard to find!

This mechanic shop is the best i have been going to J’s Auto Clinic for over 15 years now to fix all my cars. I travel all the way from Inglewood to Burbank just for this shop. I never let anyone else touch my vehicles. I have had so many bad experiences with other shops in the past that when i was introduced to this shop i never went anywhere else again. I know my car will be fixed right the first time i will not be ripped off VJ comes out personally to talk to me about my car he shows me the old parts and explains to me what’s going on with my car he’s always communicating with me along the entire process. If i have any concerns or questions i know i can always call VJ and he will address them and i know he’s listening to me he tells me not a problem bring the car in when i have time he always makes time to check out my vehicle even when he is super busy that’s what makes this shop the greatest the customer service and the quality of service given is the best hands down. I recommend this shop to everyone i know. VJ is the best so if your looking for a new mechanic this is the place you want to come to. Thank you VJ and your team for all the hard work and quality service you have given me over the years!

I have been to other shops trying to diagnosis a chronic driveline issue and noise. None could figure it out - and or at least offer a reasonable price to try. First time going to J's - and I was immediately impressed. They took my vehicle - gave me a good honest diagnosis, and reasonable price to fix it. All of this in one day! Completely satisfied - solved the issue and runs like new! Thanks!!!

I have been going to this mechanic for a long time. My entire family for many years. My husband, son, nephew and my mom drives from HEMET California . This is because hard to find a mechanic that is honest , trustworthy and actually knows what they are doing. We all have different cars and VJ and his workers is knowledgeable about them all. What my husband appreciates most he won’t say he can fix it if he can not!!! Now that is ….. unheard of. Other shops say leave YOUR VEHICLE …. $400 later they say we did this and that and still not working .
My family will only come here. A PLACE YOU CAN TRUST!!!!

VJ was wonderful! I had water leaking on the floor of my car as well as a metal piece scraping the ground. He fixed it quickly and for a very fair price. I'll be going back if I have any car issues in the future. Thank you VJ!

I am SO very pleased with my experience at J's Auto Clinic. I would, without, hesitation recommend my female friends to come here. VJ is great, he was very thorough in explaining what was going on with my car and what my options were. My old car is running great and they helped me create a workable plan to keep it that way. VJ at J’s auto has been expertly servicing my family’s cars for over 10 years. He is very reasonable on his pricing and explains what has to be fixed immediately and what doesn’t. He has helped us keep 17 year old cars alive for 5 more years than they should have so I could hold on to my beloved car. His service is excellent and we will be going here for years to come.
