Won't shop anywhere else for flags and accessories....on-line cannot top the personal expertise of Allison and Roz. You not only get the flag and accessories you need, but you might just make a long standing relationship which you won't get online for sure. They are the only flag store I will use and I buy a lot of flags and accessories.

Roz haz been in the business for over 60 years. She has a million stories to tell and a back room with what must be a million flags. Ive lived 3 blocks from the store for 15 years and never knew it was here. No sign, just a giant flag in the window. She has worked with all the big features, including the giant pirate flags in Pirates of the Caribbean. They can turn around custom items in a flash. Roz herself may not be quick on her feet anymore, but she'll keep toe to toe with you in a conversation. Shop local, support small businesses, support Roz!!

We were gifted an American flag when we finished renovating our downtown L.A. building. The building has an existing flag pole that comes of the 2nd story roof. I don't know if YOU would scale a flagpole to hang the flag, but WE were not going to do it, so I started looking for someone to help. I contacted Roz at Flag Headquarters. Her number is on their linked website. I explained my situation to her. We did NOT purchase one thing from her, but she took my number, ran down an installation service, called me back, gave me advice and now I'm well under way to completing my project. I love this kind of service. Yes, of course I'm a potential customer, but she took time out of her day to help me, even though we hand't purchased one little thing from her company. Thanks, Roz! You're the best, and if we ever need a flag or banner, there is ONLY one place I will go, plus will recommend to my friends. Great job.
