Took my friend's iPhone 15 in to get the cracked screen replaced. Not only did he charge $250, but her phone stopped charging afterwards and kept freezing. Got so bad she ended up getting another phone. Don't take your phone to this booth. It's overpriced and he does bad work.

10/10 service, replaced back glass over lens and screen protector in half an hour. Had the parts for my phone, too, which were hard to find—I called about a dozen other places and none of them had the parts to fix it on the same day. Would come back, even though they're out of my way. Mamun did an excellent job and was super nice. Thanks to him!!

Buyer educate yourself (I wish I had). I was initially quoted $120 to replace my iPhone 12 battery which eventually was walked down to $80 by the time I was about to walk away. (Apple Store charges $69). The gentleman warned that the 3rd party battery battery I wouldn't be able to gauge the longevity of the battery any longer. However, since installing I have also been unable to update the OS. The phone now frequently overheats. Coincidentally, I can no longer hear out of the phone speaker. When I returned with my complaints, the owner shrugged and said my phone was dirty and scrubbed by speaker with a toothbrush and rubbing alcohol (which I'd already done) and ignored the issues with the battery. The kicker is that now Apple won't replace the 3rd party battery. So don't think you're saving any time here! Such a rip off.

iPhone 12 Pro back glass repair. $150+tax. Took 2 hoursAt first glance the work looked pretty good. I later noticed a bunch of new tiny nicks and scratches on the front screen. Then noticed that flash didn’t work. It definitely worked before I brought it to them. They were nice but they aren’t experts in detail. I wouldn’t trust these guys with back glass repair based on my experience and other reviews.

Absolutely fantastic service. I went in for a broken screen and was told by other repair places that it would take 2-3 days to repair it. But Mamoon was able to fix it in under 30 minutes and was very cordial and professional the entire time. I appreciate his help and will definitely be coming back should I have any issues.

I have fixed my mackbook recently form them. My mackbook has Apple care too but iprotech's done it way more smoothly. I also fixed my iPhones several times from them.Specially Mr. Mamun done the work with his quality full skill.I highly recommend people to fix their devices from this shop.

Chenge my I phone12 pro max back glass , it was cracked and add camara lens for back camara was loose after chenging now camera lens its not clear its fugy pictures ,and back camera video spickers distroeed its not working properlyI dont recoment , service man told me adding lens , chengeing back glass cover , and just glue my I watch screen little loose we agreed $200. Then when he finished he charge me $220.50 bit in receipt writen only for chenging back glass cover he completely denide about lens watch and camera microphonei dont recomnet burbank location you will pay big money for noting

I came to get my iPad screen fix, he ended up charging me an extra 80 dollars due to a internal issue but he told me he wouldn’t charge w but he did it anyway. She I try to pick up my iPad after a week, he gave me the wrong IPad and when I try to tell him this wasn’t mine, he insisted it was and completely ignored my issue it wasn’t til I had to end up yelling til he realized he gave me the wrong one, and didn’t apologize. Extremely bad customer service. He wasn’t communicative about any of the money or how long it would take. I deserve my money back

the ipad screen that he put on didn't work (twice) and he put it on another client (knowing it didn't work) none of his ipad screens work with the pencil and after he returned my money and put my original screen on, it was broken.
